I was stopped for expired license plates a victimless crime period and I had excuse after uncontrolled circstanced excuse why I'm on disability and fixed income, hardship, blah blah blah and the Hamilton county sheriff's impounded my vehicle to a non Hamilton county affiliate where I'm forced to pay to get my vehicle back if I can't afford to buy the vehicle plates how will I ever be able to afford to get my vehicle back out of the impound? I also exercised my constitutional rights the rights to free travel freely am I unalienable rights to pursue happiness life and Liberty and not one thing that I felt was valuable to help me so I can continue on my way with my vehicle was going to help me. I've made contact speaking with one of their supervisors explaining my constitutional rights to them and how I felt that they were violated by the 4th and 14th amendment for what's considered A non-moving violation yet they solicit or export me. My personal private property wish I did not have proof of ownership with me because I live in a high rate crime area so I get my personal information inside the home and just did not have it with me that day and no excuse was good enough for him. My point is this sheriff was speeding 72 in a 55 which is potentially more to hazards are dangerous to any person or person driving on that public highway then myself who was stopped for expired license plates. RULES FOR THE BUT NOT FOR ME ONE-TIER POLICING FOR PROFIT WE THE PEOPLE GIVE THEM THE POWER THEY USE IT ONLY AGAINST US OF THE PEOPLE WHILE THEY DO NOT ABIDE BY THE SAME RULES THAT WERE SET FORTH TO DO EVERYDAY WITH CONSEQUENCES THAT ARE FAR GREATER THAN ANY ONE ESPECIALLY POVERTY CAN AFFORD IN ANY ONE CIRCUMSTANCE RUINS OUR LIVES. I'm sorry to hear that somebody in the police department training had passed away but speeding could potentially add more unnecessary death then any expired license plates could ever potentially cause any hazard to anybody's life liberty or pursuit to happiness unalienable
