i am doing it now since a month my teacher is great ...and they told me it will make me lose weight ...but sometimes it gets too hard that i feel like my heart will stop ...but it is one of the best classes ever!!!

Tommy must has been suffering with the bunch of "lost in transition/coordination" ladies. ... the woman with white and black tank top AND the one on grey tank top: what the heck! !!!! Bad, just bad.
Something I learned from DJing...and carried into my classes as an Instructor: They may look funny as hell, but they're out there doing *something* better to encourage them to keep moving, show good form and help them emulate you.
this is funny to watch - i *like to think* i look better than that - and have a private little giggle when i see peoplle flop about in my class, but then i think - who cares waht the other poeple in the class are doing (or how they're doing it) - at least we are all there for the same reason
Dammmm guys you gotta stop filming me and putting it on youtube lol i don't really care but Les Mills will probably blame me for it.... (even though they allow everyone else around the world to upload their classes) They were a good bunch of people in this class.. very unco LOL but they were great thanks again for having me i'll try and do more classes here
I feel so sorry for the instructor... I know BC can be hard sometimes, but I saw so many lazy people in this chat I'm sad for Tommy :( and sorry for my bad English, I'm French :)
