@TommyDamaniChannel I completely agree its each to their own. Not everyone wants to knock seven bells out of each other/ bags and pads. I'm purely cementing my point to the first comment you made, that body combat is physically tougher than boxing (punching a heavy bag/ pads). Why do boxers fight 3 minute rounds with 1 minute breaks when in the classes you do at least 5 minutes? If combat is so effective in "working more muscles" why do boxers bother sparring. Surely they should knock the Rotun

Yeah thats true bro. Different styles of workouts i suppose. Both very effective. Both have their own dangers in the way of injuries.. Punching the bags = injured wrists, elbows, shoulders.. Body Combat = bad knees, hips joints etc..

@TommyDamaniChannel Punching a bag isn't a full body skill? Without going into the mechanics of punching I can tell you that most exercises use all the body... Even bicep curls are normally done (wrong) using all the body. If you throw a punch using all your body in combat it's just the same with a heavybag, as well as the fact you are hitting a dead mass - You would therefore need to work harder to move a body (punchbag). braking forces upon impact have an eccentric effect on muscles requiring

u have no idea what u r talking about, u should try a class some time and then lets see what u say about it, its they most awesome workout i have ever done, i lost 15kg on one month just from bodycombat..... so if u do it right and use some force in our punches and kicks trust me u will not make fun off it anymore...
