Wow,Wow,Wow I have been dancing Salsa for over 18 years and I have never been shown this,the up and down. You have changed my dance forever!!!!! I have seen people dance like this but never figured out what they are doing! I was practicing recently in front of a mirror but I did not like what my upper body was doing. I can't wait to wake up tomorrow morning to start my new training. A million times,Thank you so much! I think of myself as the ambassador of Salsa! You can bet I will pay it forward! Thanks for this incredible gift!!!!!!!

Actually nearer beginning, but you stop and start it. Its in the background. You mention that rge song is super clave.
