I have same issue i use many deodorants but nothing works i think the smell is naot the outside is my inside my body when i shower the smell is not gone

I know a 50/50 remedy, which is a body cleanse: fasting with keto, antifungal diet (no dairy) on top, eating mostly long-chain fatty acids like omega 3, and no gluten Short term but important to do regularly: eating licorice root and activated charcoal After all that i would sweat without deodorants, but it wouldn’t stink Im in a search for new revelations because im off this diet. The smell became less due to the cleanse. I could technically fast and cleanse more but i was mostly motivated to cleanse to fight asthma at that time, now asthma is mostly gone and idk what motivation to find for doing it all over again

It is not usually transmitted. Increased sweating may be a familiar trait but its the bacteria that grows in the skin that gives the colour. If another person wears the unwashed shirt of a person with bromhidrosis then there is a chance it can be spread. However, the person who wears it will also need to have increased sweating the same bacteria on the skin, so just wearing a shirt of a person with bromhidrosis does not cause the problem.
@@DiscoverDermatology according to the study bromhidrosis is genetic and it's is not infectious or transmittable even if we wear a shirt or a trousers of an infected person. Because we human has different types bacteria based on genetic ad am abit confused can you please clarify it .
@@AlokaAye-q7v Generally it is the environmental factors that are more important than genetic factors in bromhidrosis. In a given person it is difficult to know which factor is more important. It is usually bit transmissible by just wearing a short of a person having the condition though.

As the skin in the genital area is sensitive, topical deodorants may not be effective. For excessive sweating in that area and oral tablet like oxybutynin or propantheline bromide is used. However, you will need to consult and dermatologist or doctor who will need to assess the condition before it is prescribed for you.
Eat yogurt to help balance things.Check your diet, and don't wash down there with anything scented.Use an unscented soap like Dove unscented. You may be sensitive to scents.Anything can throw off your ph.
