Guided Body Scan Relaxation for Deep Sleep Meditation. This body scan meditation is designed to produce a state of total body relaxation to induce restful sleep for your body and mind. This is a great meditation to reduce stress and manage anxiety. You can use this progressive muscle relaxation meditation during the day to help you to reduce stress and anxiety and to take an afternoon nap or you may use it in the evening to help you sleep. Why put ads in the middle of a meditation? Ruins any benefit. Less than five minutes in and you’re startled by an abrupt break to a loud advertisement. Shame

and y music playing in the background? i keep waking up thinking someone left the radio on... i mean, music is subjective (to the individual) and seems more annoying (to me) than beneficial . . . . . Grrr.

Absolutely. I just listened to that part and didn't tense. Didn't make sense to wake my muscles up at that point.

I had to listen to this 4 times in a row last night (I wish RU-vid had a repeat feature) because of my insomnia and it's impossible to find an hour-long body scan. But I have to say - I really appreciate how you jump right in at the beginning and there's no waiting. Just instantly scanning. And I love the way you speak.. very normal without the creepy, frothy, cloying way of speaking that so many other guides tend to have. Would you ever consider making a longer one?

Is there a way to disable ads that come on at the end of this? I listened to this falling asleep but at the very end a loud ad came on and woke me back up. RU-vid has gotten worse with ads. This happened on a couple other deep sleep body scans I listen to. The author of another thought I had my autoplay left on to go to the next video but I have this turned off, so it definitely was the end of this video.

Unfortunately, ads are a necessary evil for me to keep making my content. RU-vid offers a Premium Membership where you pay like $11 a month and then you can watch / listen without ads.

I’m wondering why we apparently have more the one upper arm on each side…little things like that break my meditation rhythm. When doing a body scan and focusing on individual areas and hearing “relax your right bicep…and entire upper arms (plural), it makes no sense and is annoying. Same thing on the left side “entire upper arms. I don’t get it.

Nice meditation. Thank you. But i am wondering Why all the meditation are donr on a "you" message? I would believe it would make a better inner connection in a "I " saying. Think about that we need to focus on the "I experience..." this and that. Thank you

Hi there - sorry about the ads. It's what supports me being able to continue to make these videos. You can get a membership from RU-vid so that you can watch all videos ad free. I think it's like $11 a month.

Relaxing 1/2 each side of body doesn’t work for me, nor does relaxing specific body parts followed by areas of body parts.
