For me bodybuilding is a sport that If you do it and love it you GET IT....If you don't do it and have no love for it YOU WILL NEVER GET IT OR UNDERSTAND IT..... I see these guys in these vids and yeah there on gear blah blah but it's the dedication the sacrifice and the shear will to build the ultimate physique that's the goal there all striving for. I have never taken gear but see guys who have I don't feel their cheating there taking it to another level a level I don't want to go to, but all of us love the sport and love to lift and that's the bottom line......

i shedded a tear watching this, its amazing, the motivation just inspires me to do what i want to do, im 15, alot of people laugh when i say i want to be a bodybuilder, alot of people laugh when i lift the heaviest i can do, and i pull a funny face, and i make a loud noise, but you make loud noises when you get shot, and when you work hard enough, in the last, 8th, 9th, 10th rep, it feels like that, but i dont care, i see more progression then ANYONE who sits and watches me in the gym

I just let 'em run during. Of course I can't always have my eyes on the screen. It's just sorta "there" in the background and when I happen to look up and see images of how hard these guys push themselves then suddenly my motivation increases to not just say , "Ah, that's enough for tonight". So I push myself harder than if I didn't have them running. It definitely works..."All in the mind" I guess...

a major factor in making inspirational videos like this is your choice of music. We already have the mental associations in place between these songs and their respective emotional movie scenes. This one being from Sunshine, and the Beauty of Bodybuilding being from Inception. Well though-out synthesis. Kudos

I've converted alot of Zhasni's videos to MP3 and I play them on my iPod on the way to the gym as a prepping method. To get into that mind zone of lifting the iron endless amounts of times. Then when it comes to it I play Metallica and things like that, then driving home... It's Zhasni all the way. I don't think Zhasni knows how much of a role he actually plays in people like myself, professionals and just people who lift for fun. Keep doing what you're doing Zhasni.

I got some tears in my eyes while i watched this! Im only 15 years old boy and this is my future i really want to look likes this! I wanna get big, bigger and BIGGER! I am training 2h every day 6 times a week , 17% bodyfat and my weight is 147 LBS atm , THIS IS MY FUTURE NONE CAN STOP ME TO GO TO THE GYM! ITS MY HOME! its my hooooooome!

@Devellish this is the info i found on him also they very big on bodybuilders so drug use is pretty high. Cedric served in the military for 13 years and was deployed to Iraq in 2003-2005. In Iraq, without a gym to train in, Cedric built a gym out of wood and broken down vehicle parts. At present, Cedric is in the military as an army instructor teaching leadership courses.

It's not about steroids... steroids are only a 5%. Determination is the key.The effort these athletes make cannot be described with words. I see the videos to motivate me. I know such physiques are not achievable by everyone, yet, i will try my best to become BIGGER - FASTER - STRONGER!

ZHASNI you're simply the best!! If your videos were not intended would have been stopped a few people to train! I find these videos much better than pumping iron because they are just perfectly with the music and everything else! Of course I also love Pumping Iron;)

@TheSharkySharky Same here im 17, but at first they laugh me they sad that I joke but now after 2 months , they don't laugh anymore cuz' i have my body more muscular than they and my hand's are much bigger that ma classroom mates.Bodybuilding is knowing how to do it ,and doing it. @JayDeMerit yup deff the best two i tryed to show some of my friends the videos so thay can really see my passion and were my heart is in life ..but it did not have the same inmpact that it had on me and you.. those images with the music truly appeal to a real chaampion who truly has his heart in the sport... feels rally good that someone out there feels wt i feel... thats why i will be up there one day and i have no doubt u will to good luck man live the dream...

No matter what sport or goal you have bodybuilding can motivate you. I did some BB on my own and I loved it. Want to get back but I want to join the military so I can't be too heavy. BB gave me the 'never quit' mentality and if BB was a person I'd want to thank that person big time. BB is a life changer on a good way. Fuck what people say about it and what they think about BB. Fuck them because we know we are Gods. Not just because of our physique but also our mentality. Thank you bodybuilding.

hey i would like to thank zhasni for inspiring me. to follow my dreams. i am still young but i commit to bodybuilding alot. i was going to give it up. not cos i wanted to put as my collage day ends uo been 12 hours but i thought if i want to suceed i need to commit to both. so my friends think i am crazy or weird after doing a 12 hour day and training to failure at the gym.. but you have helped show me tht if you want to get anywhere in life you have to make sacrifice.! thankyou soo much

Youre all wrong. Steroids will ruin your hormones, your organs and your psyche. Alcohol is worse if youre a bodybuilder, smoking if youre an athlete. What is worse for normal people? Depends on your body. Statistically, smoking.
