It was exciting to see part of it live today 🙌 but I had to finish the podcast here on the RU-vid! Thank you for touching on these topics. It’s relieving to hear that I don’t need to put on 20+ pounds to gain muscle because I’ve seen many bikini girls gain more than 10 pounds. I always thought that was unnecessary. As of now I do think I need to gain a bit of weight especially if Im trying to gain some muscle maybe up to 6 pounds of body weight. Especially because I see shoulder striations, chest striations and im starting to see veins on my legs. But lastly I appreciate what both of you do 🙏 thank you for educating us on various topics 💕

Reminds me of that show fit to fat to fit. Personal trainers gain weight and stop working out for 3 months then lose the weight with their client. It’s a really good way to see how ruining your diet and not working out impacts a healthy person mentally and physically. I imagine that being my outcome if I eat like an ahole after a show.
