ever since I started bodybuilding I've always come back to this video at my lowest points of motivation, keep it up guys don't even think about giving up; just make it into the gym and you'll be stronger mentally and physically
Checking in, I'm the leanest I've ever been in my life. I've been knocked on my ass by so many situations recently and each and every single one of them fuels me to get up and destory my workouts and stick to my diet even more. Gotta keep moving..
I remember the day this video was released.. I was quite young when I saw this and my goal became to bench 405. Now 10 years later I've finally achieved it natural. Such a long road filled with everything life can offer.
I hope to reach that level sometime this year. I also remember watching this video years ago back in high school. This video is one of the best motivational videos bar none.
This is the video that got me into bodybuilding. Surprised it's still under 6,000,000 views. Great video man don't change a thing. Probably the most motivation video for bodybuilders on all of the internet not going to lie.
I remember always watching this to pump me up back in the day. I am no longer that 18 year old without a worry in the world. I am now 36 and have 2 children but still managing to contine to weight train. Thank you
Was the first video i saw , and this video started me to bodybuild - i am now on my 3 year of bodybuilding, and never been stronger - close to win danish championship in benchpress as 19 year old ! Thank you sir!
One day, in 2010, a younger men saw this video and in the next day startup in gym... Months lather gave up... Now this old man found this video again, and felt nostalgic for the future that he should have charted and didn't chart... This same young man who is now a depressed old man, who no longer has any meaning for his path and much less believes in a long future, felt the same sensation when he saw this video for the first time and realized that life is like a series with several repetitions and gained the courage to start again... Tnks so much for the video, whoever you are who posted this video! God bless you! ❤
Same. It used to pump me up so much. I just searched for this video and found a comment I posted on this video 12 years ago. The things I would teach to 18 year old me...
I love the the contrast between the two eras presented by the video. It is very important to note that both pumping iron and the newer bodybuilding videos have something valuable to give to the audience that sees them. That is the passion and dedication for the sport of bodybuilding, regardless of the level of the athletes or competition. Watch closely and learn, whether its from Arnold of Jay, there is something beneficial for everyone to learn.
bodybuilding is mostly about the focus of you mind in the exact muscle you working out and convincing yourself, that you can push a lot more that u just do... the game of your psychic...
I fucking LOVE this video. The music goes perfect with the vid. When I'm in the gym, and things are getting tough, I seriously think of this video. Thanks for posting!
There's so much hate on bodybuilding videos it's insane, either the person is tiny, or they have bad form, or they're on steroids. Never a compliment to say, "dang, you know what, you look really good, keep up the good work."
I like to work out and i try to stay in shape (i'm a rugby player build) but i seriously don't understand why people want to do this. Yet saying that i do admire their perseverance and dedication even if i don't like the outcome....
