Sometimes I wanna cry and just say, "What the hell, everyone else is okay being nothing -- why am I putting myself through this?" But whenever I watch your videos, I remember my dreams -- why I signed up for the office, the gym, and school -- and yes -- that adds to my fuel to keep going. Great work man -- more power to you!
people who don't bodybuild will not understand what bodybuilding is for a lot of people and that its way more than building muscle and such. for myself and a lot of other people its something that they love and is that therapy. its funny how breaking your body down can slowly heal you.
The best explanation I've heard is that it's both a physical and mental rebirth. The physical side is obvious, but the mental side of it is the part that most people don't get.

I have been watching your videos for some time now and I just wanted to say thank you. This video has been more than motivational it's been a concept in my mind to live by. I've applied this to not only my gym life but my own. Great work man please continue. You've done more than you could imagine.
When I listen to this while working out. And I feel almost dead and feel like I can't and when the part says "I can't be stop I will not be stopped" I add another 45 And knock those reps fucking out !

Im convinced that the only thing that kept me going, was that I loved what I did, you've got to find what you love, and that is true for your work as it is for your lovers. You work is gonna fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work, and the only way to do great work is to love what you do.

Yo mate, what do you think about the idea, of inserting some lyrics for these epic speeches? I really like these videos and the best part of it is when people are telling you deep motivational things. Although my english isn't that bad, I can't understand everything and it would be really nice to be able to read then what they are saying. Love your vids, greetz
This is some serious shit! Nice vid man! But in the start, where the man talking the beat its more loud than the speech for me personal i would like to hear it just a bit better but its just fine just wanna suggest you mabye make the speech more loud than the music beat.. But its a really good job buddy! keed it up couse i cant do it any better !!!! ;-)
