OMG this class looks like so much fun! I've never done reformer pilates but feel like I'd love it - maybe once we start opening fitness studios here, I'll find one to try!
Ahh I used to take bodyrok, even went through their pilates training program. I love the studio and workouts but the nyc studios didn’t vibe for me compared to sf
personally, i find SLT to be way more consistent and I leave feeling lengthened. i had a bad experience with one instructor here after i uploaded this, and i'm no longer a fan! but i LOVE if you get the right instructor!
