We will work for 3 rounds of 30 seconds switching between two exercises for three rounds each. We will switch right into another superset after a 30 second rest and I want you to really push yourself to stay moving with intensity in our shorter work periods. We don't need any equipment for this one so grab your water and let's crush it!

Completely agree! 5 is more manageable for my schedule. I think Sydney has done a great job with the channel and her end of workout speeches are a lovely send off for the rest of the day.

Thank you Sydney for helping us to really focus on the muscle we’re working. During jackknives, you said to focus more on the getting your upper body lifted up… that’s when I really felt my abs, and then floating the leg i felt it even more. Yes!!! This is absolutely who I am now!

When I was at the beginning of my master’s program I was COMPLETELY overwhelmed. I saw three years of grueling work ahead of me that might as well have been 300 years. BUT, I had an amazing research advisor and mentor that cheered me on and believed in me more than anyone else. At the outset of my program she asked me if I knew how to eat an elephant. I looked at her like she was bonkers. She laughed and said, you wat an elephant one bite at a time, and that’s how we’re gonna do this project. I dominated my project and finished my program in two years…one bite at a time. We just gotta keep going, one bite or one step at a time. We got this!!!!🎉

Cardio is always fun with you Sydney! I started my fitness journey with you in March 2019 with the “Love Yourself” program. Prior to that, my cardiovascular endurance was really nothing. I can’t even do a 5-minute briskwalk without catching my breath! 5 years since then, I am now a happier, healthier and stronger 43-yr old mum. Thanks for the constant encouragement Sydney! ❤

I love how Sydney is basically reading my mind and says just the right things at the right moment. Like she is standing next to me. Also I love the reminders that form is above speed, because I tend to get sloppy with my form just to keep up. Love this even though I am sweating through my eyeballs now 😅😂🤩

I felt so nostalgic while remembering my first time with this program 😂 ANYWAY, I was a hot mess in the last set because my legs got so heavy, but I'm still proud of myself.
