I grew up with Mercury, Gemini, Apollo and the Space Shuttle. There have been lots of failures, some tragically resulted in the deaths of astronauts. We lost a capsule and astronauts by fire on the launch pad. Recovering Apollo 13 turned out to be an amazing rescue. It could have ended very differently. We lost Space Shuttles. The Hubble was initially out of focus due to a flaw in the primary mirror. Problems with Starliner are probably not all that unexpected when you're pushing the boundaries of science and engineering.

That's never been the issue and never a worry. NASA was worried about the RCS thrusters and they appear to be working fine. That was the expected outcome. The problem was the thrusters had been overused on the ascent (and had issues with helium leaks). Even though it was felt there was a 99% chance it was safe, NASA knew CrewDragon has proven themselves safer and didn't want to take the risk. Getting down from space is pretty easy compared to getting into space. The key is the timing of the burn and keeping your heat shield aligned in the right direction. After that gravity does all the work.

And put the same heat shields as SpaceX I think they be glued on with a few screws per each title and also all the engines will be replaced with SpaceX rockets 🚀 and then into the insides all the electrical and screens and flight controls and I think it would be nice if they could have rockets 🚀 to help with the landing instead of gliding. Anyway this is just a thought only and hopefully it would be considered.
