Keep in mind that Boeing's original schedule had the first test launch scheduled for 2017, and missed it by years and Billions in cost over-runs. In the meantime, SpaceX is preparing to launch their 8th NASA ISS crew mission on Crew Dragon, on top of several private missions, and their resupply missions flown on Cargo Dragon. Even if this flight goes perfectly, Boeing cannot launch another until well into next year. What I see here is Boeing caught in the NASA logic loop, using the same kinds of rationale and excuses to justify launching a seriously flawed spacecraft, that led directly to the loss of two space shuttles and their crews. It shows in everything Boeing touches and I fear its only a matter of time until they cause another serious mishap.

Starliner was designed to be compatible with other launch systems. Perhaps it is time to launch it on a Falcon 9.

I'd be worried that an unsecured door will blow off during launch.

Death looked at the list in the mobile phone. Why did these people's names flash?

i keep saying that with all the trouble Boeing is having getting things into the air recently, that they should drop the E out of their name and concentrate on making something that can bounce.

I listened to the entire teleconference of NASA VP's, ULA Vp's, Boeing VP's. on May 24th detailed technical information.. Some of the questions they took from the media expressed concern that they lack the technical understanding to be able convey the result of a complex analysis to their readers. Hence, the garbage in your content analysis. And the easy fallback approach you've taken to slander Boeing's reputation in the space industry. It would have been better if you didn't post anything to avoid spreading misinformation. Not understanding tech is no excuse for misstating tech facts, of which you're not being used as such a source. Did you know : Apollo 11, propelled by a Boeing-built rocket, lands on the moon on July 20, 1969, the first human visit to another world. On July 20, 1969, four days after being launched into space by the massive Boeing-built Saturn V S-1C first-stage rocket, the Apollo 11 lunar module "Eagle" touches down in the Sea of Tranquility on the surface of the moon. At the Cape, the three stages of the Saturn V launch vehicle and the Apollo 11 capsule were assembled under Boeing's supervision.

First I heard of this Starliner. Forget the space station for now. Finish Ronald Reagan's space defense system.
