Natsa Erand IF Mr.mercury wanted to he could have been a GREAT stand up comic.but he was a showmen.a GREAT human and BRILLIANT lead singer.Queen was GREAT
@@fognuabroke all barriers of music, has multiple parts all with different sound and emotion behind it and it’s the most streamed song of the 20th century because of its greatness
Keep in mind that he was sick this year (1986) and both of his lovers died of AIDS; and he knew he had AIDS the next one year... Sadly, the treatments didn't evolve enough in his lifetime and we lost one of the best voices ever...
@@tanyaretour5715 Depends on how old you are! Personally, I Find It Awesome When Someone Younger Than Me (60) Comments On Bands And Singers Like Queen and Freddie Mercury! It Kinda Keeps Someone Like Freddie Mercury From Slipping Away From The Present And Stays In The Past! When I Was In College (28 Years Old) I Was Working In The College Library When A Young Girl (No Older Than 19 Years Old) Ran Up To Me And Asked Me If I Had Ever Heard Of This Great Singer And The Band The Singer Was In?!? She Was Referring To Stevie Nicks And Fleetwood Mac! This was around 1992! Stevie Nicks (& Lindsey Buckingham) joined Fleetwood Mac 1969-1970! Which was 22-23 Years Before This 19 Year Old Girl Came to Ask Me If I Had Ever Heard Of Them!
There was nothing mediocre about Freddie Mercury--Once he was onstage he became music itself. Its hard to know where the piano starts and he begins...Freddie was never a man of half/measures. He gave us his all...and so 30 years later, we love and miss you still ...#Queen lives on.
@@mrman6254 I didn't know that. I just cry when he notices when his song is sung by people at the concert, and he sings after, changing the notes, thereby letting people know that he noticed it and appreciated it. At least that's what I think. I have seen in several interviews that Freddie said that he would like to sing in front of as large an audience as possible, and also believed that music is an international language. P.S. I hate racism and homophobia, although I myself am heterosexual and live in Russia (by the way, in the USSR there was no racism - remember). Freddie for me is not only an icon of music, but also a brave man. He did what he loved until the very end, and fought the disease until the very end, and did not make a show of his passing. Rest in peace.(╥_╥)
You are correct there legends never dies they are here for us one day we will become legends just like Freddie and Michael used to be and when we die we always be here for you
What an amazing feeling hearing 100,000 people singing your song in the crowd just hearing it gives me chills I couldn’t imagine being there feeling that in person
Те люди которые успели посетить его выступление, буквально дотронулись до легенды, сейчас мечты о концерте с его участиеием это прошлое... Для меня она так и не сбылась,голос не заменишь... R.I.P.
His expression at 5:02 is just so human. It's as if he's surprised they'd sing along. I absolutely love that expression, his surprise and the happiness so evident below the surface Thank you guys! My most number of likes 😭♥️
i was not born yet during his time..after watching Bohemian Rhapsody...im very obsessed with Queen music...and now im living in their era...their song never dies...
Bohemian Rhapsody, certainly got the fans Singing!! I love it!! Everytime I watch it, I can feel Freddie right here!! Blessings to Everyone 💓 From Illinois USA 💖🇺🇸 May 30, 2022
"So you think you can stone me and spit in my eye" That bit. That bit right there. Holy shit. That is why I love this version far more than the studio version. I'll never forget telling my friend's dad back in middle school how I really wanted to see Queen live one day. He said "You do know that Freddie Mercury passed in 91..." That shit made me so sad.
I was there it was incredible that time we didn’t think Freddie was a legend that time he was just the best performer nothing else but today he is a god
the movie misled us a bit- the truth was he wasnt diagnosed with aids until 1987- he may have had the virus but he did not know it yet- they manipulated the story so the lead up to LIVE AID was that much more spectacular- NO WAY AM I TRYING TO MINIMIZE his AMAZING-NESS LEGEND-
dnice that is true, but in this concert, he was having throat issues, he had ongoing issues with his throat and voice for a while, that was one of his first symptoms, and according to one of the documentaries I watched, was the reason for him visiting the Dr often and getting the test done. In the documentary they said that because he had HIV, his weakened immune system coupled with singing he kept getting a throat infection. It’s sad he was so talented and even though his voice was not 100% at this concert, he was still better than most, I would have loved to see him perform live in person.
