As we live in a rented flat fully furnished, I thought it would be impossible to buy big pieces of furniture to change the interior. But I went to a lovely antique shop the other day, we found a vintage French cupboard and table there! After having serious thought, we decided to buy them both. We cleared out the original table and put the new furniture in our living room. Now the room looks totally different because of this makeover!
We filled the cupboards with our treasured crockery, glasses and plates from the flea markets, teapots, teacups, wine glasses.... At the new table, we had a lunch of crepes and enjoyed the feeling of a home café. Of course, as we live in a rented flat, we were very cautious about the size of the tables and cupboards we bought so that our living room doesn't look too small.
In this video, we show you the inside of the vintage interior shop where we've found our new furniture (I hope you'll feel like shopping with us!).
