Hi, just like to ask how was your experience sa service ng hotel? i've read some reviews in TripAdvisor and there were guest na hindi okay yung review.
Hi Ms Faye 😊 We didn’t have any unpleasant experiences during our stay. My only feedback lang siguro would be sana they give their rooms a makeover bec medyo luma na yung interior nya compared to other hotels na almost has the same rates per night. Service nila is okay, they are prompt with our orders and requests (e.g. additional water and change of pillow type). :) location and beachfront ni South Palms super 👍🏼😊 hope these help!
