Bohra Fried Chicken | Bohri Speciality | Ramadan Special | Iftar Special.
Marinate Half kg chicken (boneless or with bones, your choice)
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp green chilli paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli flakes and powder
Half tsp cumin powder
Half tsp coriander powder
Half tsp black pepper powder
Half tsp garam masala powder
Half cup water.
Mix and cook on high flame for 3 minutes to give a boil.
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame
Now mix carefully don't let the flesh to leave bones.
Turn the flame to high again and cook tilk the water dries out.
Turn off the flame and let it cool.
Now heat oil for deep frying.
Coat with bread crumbs and then coat with egg (egg mixed with 5 tbsp water)
Make sure your last coat before frying is of egg.
