marinate:
500 grams boneless chicken
in
salt 1 tsp
white pepper powder 1 tsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
corn flour 1 tbsp
baking soda ½ tsp
egg 1
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
sauce recipe:
half cup chilli garlic sauce
oil 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp
hot sauce 4 tbsp
oyster sauce 4 tbsp
dark soy sauce 2 tbsp
chicken powder 1 tbsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
In a wok
heat 3 tbsp oil
stir fry the marinated chicken
add vegetables
1 julienne cut capsicum, 1 onion, 1 carrot, small cabbage.
stir fry on high flame.
add the sauce.
and then the chicken
add 1 packet spaghetti (80%done)
mix on high flame, serve 🤤
