Same kaya boiled icing nlang gagamitin ko ngayong frosting dahil ang mahal na ng whippit tapos ang ibang ingredients tumaas na din ang presyo pero di ang budget ni customer haha

I’ve watched many videos of making Italian meringue butter cream/ frosting but I never know that we can make a frosting just egg whites without butter or whipped cream. Now I have more choices for frosting cake. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

It’s called Italian Meringue. If you don’t mind me giving a suggestion, the sugar needs to be at soft boil (35-40 F) because we are using egg whites. It needs to be at that temperature to avoid stomach problems. So try using a candy thermometer. Just to be on the safe side. Love italian meringue! ❤️

I have a question. When you have the premixed egg whites ready to be mixed with the boiled sugar, water and cream of tartar what speed should I start with on my kitchen aid mixer? Should it be slow and around one of the lowest speeds, and for how long should that slow speed be around, and when do you return to a low speed again? Or do I even have to return to a slower speed.at all? I very much appreciate your expertise and guidance you provide your viewers. Thank you kindly. I hope you have a blessed day.

Hello po, I tried na din po boiled icing but the difference is that Yung cream of tartar is hinalo po mismo SA may egg after mabeat Ng ilang mins. Question po, ano po ba kaibahan nila SA paghalo Ng COT SA mismong sugar po and paghalo Ng COt SA mismong egg? Mas stable po ba Ang Cot SA sugar or COt SA Egg? Sana masagot po.thanks.
