When Eric first found out about Jack being Zach's father, he almost seemed to defend Jack (Eric: So Jack had not known it either until some days ago), but now Eric is so angry and accusing Jack of being a spy for Sally and for putting his daughter in danger. I am not sure if Eric is more upset about the spying matter or equally upset for Stephanie's, Felicia's sake AND the company. ??

Probably from the surprise and shock of being punched. Also, Jack can say Eric assaulted him if he wanted to. If he hit him back the cops (as they do when someone defends themselves) could say "well, it's a matter of your word against theirs and we don't know who started it." I watch too much true crime stuff... I agree though. I don't know how he stayed calm.

I try to follow that conversation. "Brooke" is the issue, without Brooke, moving to Europe for 5 years would be no problem because...... Taylor would be moving to Europe too and would put her career on break or would just continue to treat clients there (the language barrier not as big a hindrance as Eric had made it out to be)?..... or Taylor would just not have that much an issue with them having a long distance marriage with regular visits? Whatever, with Brooke being involved, they don't have to go into such details, because Brooke is the reason that it can't work? But yes, Ridge is right here because Brooke will be an issue even if they all just stay in CA - and Taylor admits that too and that she has to deal with her own insecurities.
