Thorne is such an AH. He’s been romancing Karen for months, but when he sees Macy kiss Jake and he flips out. Big whoop! So she kissed him. He’s kissed, groped and slobbered all over Karen repeatedly, yet expects Macy to be totally devoted to him. I guess he’s never heard the phrase “what’s good for the goose is good for the gander”. Never mind the fact Macy told Jake she wasn’t interested. This is the classic Bell/Forrester male double standard.
@@vickiek5101 got to love how Ridge asked Thorne if he had confronted Jake and Macy, and Thorne said "nah, I just ran off" and Ridge nodded knowingly and went "good call".
Thorne what a dirty trick making Karen think she was your first choice !!! She will find out she was second choice and Karen will see you for the kind of person you are. You do not deserve Macy or Karen !
Thorne has lost it again !!!! I wouldn’t blame Macy for leaving, most wives wouldn’t put up with the foolishness that Macy has had to put up with . Dating another woman and for goodness sake even living with he and his wife !!! Macy is to good for Thorne.
Throne is a lunatic! Chuckin' a tantrum by throwing the lamp onto the ground. What a child he is. Macy should not be with him. She should leave him based on his childish tantrums. I'd leave a man instantly if he behaved like that.
TBH that's an insult not even Ridge deserves because even with the more ogreish portrayal we get these days, I've never seen him take out marriage frustration on the furniture lol
Has Thorne learnt nothing? I mean, all their issues were caused by them jumping to conclusions, he gets so butt hurt so easily, like a child having a tantrum.....
Thank you! I’ve been saying this for a while now, so I’m glad somebody else has said this. By now Thorne’s should be acknowledging his own idiocy, and continuous jumping to conclusions. But instead of being an adult about it, and discussing what he saw with Macy, he runs away like Chicken Little, straight to Karen as option B.
Loved the heart necklace scene between Karen and Thorne. Everything Karen said was true, but because he misread a goodbye hug and kiss between Macy and Jake, it was given to the wrong person. No one ever waits for an explanation on this show lol.
If thorne was that angry about the situation, he would’ve initiated a conversation with Macy about what he saw. Instead, he went straight to Karen as his option B.
@@v.b6028 that's just it, last time Thorne ended up at Jake's begging Macy to co come back, but now he has a choice so he's not asking any questions and I don't think Karen's using her noodles here. Rather than saying she feels bad for Macy why not ask Thorne why he picked her?
Actually, 3rd choice: first, Blake rejected her, secondly, Ridge rejected her, thirdly, even the gullible thorne DID NOT choose her, and fourthly, Thorne settled for her because he's delusional and concluded she could pass. So she is FOURTH choice. shoulda stayed dead!!
Someone, please tell me that when Thorne goes to bed with Karen for the first time that he's going to say the wrong name - "Macy" or "Caroline" - anything BUT "Karen".
Something about these Forresters that aches my stomach... lets even assume Macy intentionaly kissed Jake why should Thorne get upset after their living agreement He is been kissing and making out with Karen countless times infront of her... the nerves he's got to get Mad and go act like Forrester men do take decisions based on irational emotions
I question if Thorne is even human at times. It's like he has built in sensors that pick up on visual images but can't process actions that have emotions... Must destroy and move to the next target! 🤖😒
I was actually happy to see Jake. Too bad Macy turned him away. After all the BS that Macy has gone through with Thorne, and having to deal with Karen--Thorne would be history.
Macy was DEAD WRONG to let Jake Kiss her. The moment she saw Jake coming towards her she should have pushed him away. She KNEW that affair with Jake was wrong and a sore spot for Thorne. If she REALLY wanted Thorne back she would have told Jake to leave as soon as she saw him in the office, but she didn't. She likes his attention more than she loves her own husband
@@nishg3851 the first time, yes, because she wasn't expecting it. The second time when he made clear his intention to kiss her she said "don't you dare" and pushed him away politely.
Macy was wrong to let Jake kiss her but Thorne has been kissing Karen for ages, slobbering all over her, while he still married to Macy. And you could say the same thing about almost every character on the show. Eric has been kissing Sheila for a while now and he’s not divorced from Brooke. Brooke has kissed Ridge at least once, and he still married to Taylor.
So I guess Thorne doing the EXACT same thing isn’t wrong huh? Actually Thorne took it a step further and moved his mistress into his WIFES house and was kissing her repeatedly in front of his wife. Guess that doesn’t count huh? Also Macy literally spent the whole conversation telling jake she wants her husband back so obviously she did want him back but doesn’t mean she can’t talk to Jake at all.
Exactly, I can't stand him and thought we'd seen the last of him. I knew it couldn't be good when he showed up at the EXACT time Thorne was on his way over to see Macy. Grrrrrrr
I am sick of Jake and sick of Thorne jumping to conclusions instead of jumping in and asking questions,Macy should’ve never let Jake kiss her how hard is it to stop someone from kissing you,But Thorne and Macy love each other.
Man, people are going really hard on Thorne in their comments. His intimacy with Karen is absolutely NOT comparable to Macy's intimacy with Jake (just for starters, he wasn't hiding his relationship with Karen the way Macy was hiding hers with Jake). Let's keep in mind some key details here. It was Macy who cheated on Thorne with Jake. Then, she refused to reciprocate Thorne's constant efforts to get their marriage back on track and made it clear that she was all but out of his life. Is Thorne really such a terrible person for deciding that he had to just move on with his life and deciding to pursue Karen? And then Macy just randomly came back and decided she wanted their marriage to work after all after he started seeing Karen. Thorne would have been totally justified in telling her to get lost, but he wanted to think it over and asked that neither Karen nor Macy move in with him. But, neither of them was willing to respect his feelings, and they both decided to move in with him at the same time. And then of course he was going to reciprocate the intimacy they were both showing him (the guy is not some ascetic out in the Himalayas). I really don't see how he did anything wrong here. As for his jumping to conclusions when seeing Macy with Jake, what else was he supposed to do given the past? He had every reason to think that Macy still wants Jake, and let's be honest - it's pretty obvious she still does. No, Thorne did nothing wrong, and let's be honest - he is one of the few decent characters on this entire show.
I do have a soft spot for Thorne because he generally doesn't *intentionally* cause harm, and I do root for Thorne and Macy to make it work because they clearly do love each other, but in this case I feel that what Thorne has done to Macy is worse than what she's done to him. What Macy did: Slept with Jake once during her separation from Thorne. This part I don't blame her for because Thorne and she hadn't spoken in a month and Thorne himself was making plans to start dating other women the very same day (although he changed his mind and instead decided he wanted Macy back). Macy was open with Thorne about having seen another man during the separation and he said he didn't care. When Macy moved back in with Thorne, she told Jake it was over. Then Macy failed to stay away from Jake, supposedly as a friend, but she hid it from Thorne and made out with Jake a few times. This is the part where she was DEAD WRONG. But she realized it, ended things, and recommitted to Thorne. What Thorne did: Caused the first separation by holding Macy accountable for Sally's actions and refusing to give Sally credit for saving Stephanie's life. He also pushed Macy into quitting her job against her will. Stood by passively as his family accused Macy of a crime she did not commit. Asked Karen to move in with him - although it was a stupid move, I don't blame him for it as it was preceded by a separation and non-communication on Macy's part - it was basically the equivalent of Macy's first involvement with Jake during the previous separation. Lived with and made out with two women and was in no apparent hurry to choose - THIS is where Thorne was way more hurtful to Macy. His involvement with Karen while living with Macy went way beyond Macy's involvement with Jake while she was living with Thorne. And unlike Macy, Thorne didn't end things with Karen on his own. So while Macy was wrong to get involved with Jake, she already paid for it a long time ago (when Thorne found out and they separated for the second time). Macy's reluctance to move back in with Thorne is understandable given the public humiliation his family put her through (without ever apologizing). This last kiss was all Jake. Macy didn't back away in time but she didn't reciprocate, made it clear afterwards that she was not okay with it, and physically prevented Jake from kissing her again. Given the number of kisses Thorne had planted on Karen at that point he owed Macy the benefit of the doubt.
Agree ... Thorne was caught between Macy and his family ... yet he always stood up for Macy ... even suggested that they move out of LA and stay away from both families ... but Macy took him for granted ... and woke up only after Karen's arrival
I actually kind of feel for the guy. He is truly a tragic character. He is hurting so much (and hurting other people too) and is just so absolutely clueless that he is the cause of his own pain and that all he needs to do is to change his perspective on things and his entire life will turn around for the better, but he is just so trapped in his own misconceptions that he is unable to do it.
i do loke joanna johnson so much her face is so beautiful and she has the most kind smile i have ever seen she is a wonderful actress and a face to fall in love with
