I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I don't buy into Aaronsons build being the main issue. Bowyer was a rake, but he was a tough bastard. Yeah, he could bulk up, but he needs to change his mentality, too. Some people can be like tanks and still get knocked over by a light wind.

I'm quite exited by his return. He works hard and has a lot of talent, he needs the right environment, the right players around him.

Am actually happy with this. Not sure we can lose on this. He has to redeem himself. But we need more midfielders and he is our player and rather him given a chance at Leeds than just loaning out. At the end of the day if it doesn't work, then he will have to go.

Aaronson has now agreed to play for half his wages, wants to fight for promotion, to play for Leeds….the lad deserves a chance, he can do well in the Championship and will surprise a few. Farke is one who could bring out the best in him. Remember….it was Bielsa who went after Aaronson….he saw something in him

He's certainly worth another chance, We tend to blame these players for the loan situation, but remember,it was the Leeds board, Victor Orta and Andrea Radrizzani that signed off on those ridiculous contractual conditions. I for one congratulate the new Leeds regime for offering these players an opportunity for redemption and a platform to finally deliver performances that justify those hefty price tags.

The step down a division with these players has helped massively, so this just might work. Still don't think he is a prem player, but could get some money back on him if we go up. Going to take a lot to win the fans over, but that's up to him. Great content again 👍

I'm not a fan of Brenden but everyone should get the chance to redeem themselves. The boy deserves some cred for being willing to come back after everything.

He is a good player and I welcome him back as long as he puts a shift in and stops falling over. He would have got a lot of assists if Bamford could shoot straight. Farke relies on standout players to make up for his lack of tactical competence.

Could be like a Dan James redemption story or a Rutter like redemption. Maybe not, maybe a nightmare. Will have to wait and see.

Basically, Aaronson, Shackleton Cooper, Bamford, for fecks sake we are in trouble we really are. Cresswell leaving and keeping cooper demonstrates that 49ers and Farke are in the land of zod.

The real worry should be is if Rasmus comes back 😂

What do you think about Wober coming back. He could add depth to the central defender ranks and if Gruev goes, he could also be a serviceable back up in the 6 if Ampadu needs a rest.

That last season in the PL, no one gave more effort than Aaronson. Yes he needs to find his role. So let him do that in the Championship where the quality of play is so much lower than the PL and the Bundesliga. Remember how absolutely terrible Rutter and Summerville looked in the PL. The goal is to get to the PL. Then you deal with your roster upgrades needed to stay. The majority of Leeds roster is not PL quality. Maybe all of them.

He was good before the World Cup, and you yourself mentioned his drop in form. I think he will be good

Went back had a look at some of his work in the prem and thought damn I didn't realize he could do that picking up the ball and driving forward takes players on if he didn't dive so much and had better end product he could be some player maybe whoever helped Dan James can help him get his head sorted. If he gave his all id love him.back I think in this division he could rip teams apart.

Not gonna diss Aaronson for leaving if his wages were being halved. Unfortunately he never showed anything in Bundesliga so we couldn’t recoup any money for him. If he’s a true professional, he needs to get stronger and show his ability in the championship.

Aaronson will be a good addition to the team for next season. His pressing will be helpful. He has plenty of holes in his game but he’ll be quality at this level.

I don't think he will do well honestly if we compare him to Firpo.. Firpo came from a big team and has the mentality to improve and keep trying and Firpo also played in a big competition before with big players

Give you my concise view. The more concerning thing here is these players were brought in when the 49ers took over a minority stake. Now the question needs to be asked why are the 49ers so impressed by the RB system. The players purchased for this system was well before this sponsorship deal last week and the minority stake RB subsequently bought off the back of that deal. I think this was always in the thinking with the 49ers. They knew they wanted to buy the club from Radz and then eventually bring the RB network on board to eventually sell their shares in the future to them. As they did with Radz. Only logical explanation. They were making moves way before this sponsorship deal. This deal hasn’t happened from thin air because it’s Leeds united. Might have been. But, presumably it’s happened due to the deal they struck well in advance. Even the appointment of Jessie Marsh and sacking of Beilsa. We all know Radz would do anything to stay on side as he was desperate to sell the club partly cause he was being hounded out and also he was dealing with the prospective buyers (49ers enterprises) of his total shares. I disagree with you here, if you watch some of his games in Germany he is very technically gifted his problem is his decision making in the final third as he takes that extra touch but he can easily beat his man and manipulate the ball whilst also using his body effectively

Aaronson and Rutter would be the starting 10s from what I can see and he probably be asked to play the sort of role Cantwell did for Farke in 20/21 can't see how anything else would work with Brenden unless he's intended to be an impact sub

I wouldn't be against brendan, rutter and james playing behind Joseph. I think the closing down and high press we could implement would be beneficial. Rutter the most central and allow james and brendan to roam and preas. Piroe doesn't start for me. Would still need a 10 as well as piroe for rotation or give joffy more opportunity l. Keeper, full backs & 2 cbs are a priority for me . If gruev goes wouldn't replace. Archie amps, kamara and Charlie crew to step up to the bench.

Aaronson had played for Leeds for one season, he had no connection with Leeds. He was given a choice, stay and have 50% of your wages, or go play CL and have full wages….come on…take emotion out of it….what would you do

I never thought brendan as rubbish. I thought he had the potential to be a good ball carrier (if he learns to stay on his feet). He deffo has the ability to close down, disrupt and get inbetween the defensive block. Hope it works out for him and adds that little bit extra in the 10 position. Time will tell.

A lot of people saying Aaronson is too weak but Summerville was constantly getting knocked off the ball last season. Aaronson needs to be given one more chance and if he fails at championship level then he needs to go.

I honest think Arronson is far too weak and will never cut it in the championship. Defenders get away with more in the championship, just look at Gnonto, even he struggled and was always put to the ground.

Bang on regarding players have levels. Most of our players now could not hack it in prem !! Problem with championship players, they are mostly inconsistent, or just not good enough to be great every game. Any player we bring in will be a gamble, i keep saying, they are playing in the championship for a reason. By the way, Farke can manage the most awkward of players, Gnonto springs to mind. Equally, we never really know what players are like around the training ground, so how can we say Farke is good at man management or not !!

Glad to give him a chance. When he played, he run himself ragged. When he left, we were in shambles - takeover still ongoing, a lot of unknown. Still a rat from jumping ship, but at least he did not tell Farke he will stay just to turn and leave at the first offer. We cannot be successful and have that many players out on loan - certain recipe for PSR issues. His resale value is so low it makes no sense to sell him and take the loss on the books either

Round pegs in square holes. This club is going nowhere. We have time to develop established EXPERIENCED players like Aaronson with more holes in his game than a team strainer, but we can’t develop young players on the cusp of breaking into the first team line up.

It's a financial decision. We paid way over the odds for him, and as such, no one is going to give even half of that. Sell for 10m and the deficit to 25m falls on PSR ( if psr is the financial wording)

If he comes back let's give him a chance. Do a job in Champ but he's not prem quality

Dan James has a much better shot than Aaronson, he's sturdy despite being small, unlike Aaronson. He is defensively capable, unlike Aaronson. He is very fast, unlike Aaronson. He's able to put a good cross in, unlike Aaronson. He doesn't dive every time someone touches him, unlike Aaronson. I get your point, but it's unfair to try to say Aaronson is automatically better than Dan James when he hasn't yet proven it.

Love the optimism, but massively disagree. Don’t think he can contribute anything to breaking down a low block. Can’t see him offering anything if I’m honest, far too lightweight, can’t shoot, no balance or strength and not a playmaker.. more an expensive paperweight.
