Beautiful! I love Bolivian and German rams. I just really like the ornamental fins and body shape

Yeah they are so beautiful. I would to have German blue rams but right now our fishtanks are full😅

@@marekkatrinasfish9025 I think I can relate to that. I recently had 3 denison barbs die of a fungal infection even while dosing Pimafix. The other 3 recovered and are doing great! It was very strange because it only affected the denison barbs

I'm going to be buying some, in the near future, to keep with my rainbow cichlid ... and hopefully, an electric blue acara. Lovely fish. 👍

I am planning a similiar tank with Bristlenose Catfish Rummynose Tetras and Bolivian Rams. I want the Bristlenose and the Rams to brred in the same tank but I am worried thety might spar for spots, even if I provide plenty of suitable breeding spots. I noticed the Rams prefer warm water to spawn whereas Bristlesnose likes a cooler warter to spawn which is encouraging. Have you noticed the Rams and the Bristlenose competing for the same spawning spots? Great video btw!

We have not noticed Rams and Plecos competing for spots. Our Plecos are both females and they completely ignore other fish. We have never observed Rams being aggressive towards other species of fish, only to other Rams. Good luck with the new tank setup!

I've never had rams, but my golden, blue eyed longfin bristlenose pleco gets along with every fish in my 55g. He's sooooo chill and all my juvenile gold laser and orange Venezuelan corys just climb all over him competing for algae wafers or repashy soilent green gel mix...that's their favorite. He was on a small piece of driftwood that I wanted to move to the other side of the tank. He wouldn't get off. So I picked up the wood with him on it and moved the woodwith him on it to the new spot. He didn't even flinch.
