One more thing I would like to add is you said Government do not ban these tobacco, cigarette and alcohol industries because this is major source of revenue. Of course this is true but something is even more true that these industries have mostly either direct or indirect connection with the political leaders, parties and elections and this is the real concern apart from these so called celebrities. The level of politics and politicians in our country is the actual reason behind most of the problems in the country. Bollywood is nothing in front of this nexus. Sir, I started my hormone therapy for female to male journey last July, and I remember the video where you had Aryan Pasha. In this journey fitness has a huge role. I was overweight earlier due to my food intake and office shift timing but after months of struggle I finally started to gain muscle and lose weight (though it's very slow). I was not regular at gym but now I am. U r an inspiration to me and it will be a huge help if you can make a video for ppl like us who has 2 to 3 types of different shifts (morning, evening and night) in a month with 8, 10 and 12 hours of shifts.

Sir if i am training fasted in morning OR no pr rich food source as pre workout ; is it necessary for me to take a lean source of protein in post workout e. g egg whites ,whey protein , casein protein etc. or i can take a proper meal of same amount of protein e.g. whole egg veggies omelette, 500 ml milk + oats etc.? [In all cases the protein content is same i. e 23g+]

I totally agree with this , I think people don't know the exact meaning of a hero, they are confused between the word hero and actor. And it's not only about these ads it's also about what kind of idealogies they are representing. For them becoming a pseudo American, acting like a jerk, doing substance abuse, is cool. And the coming youth seeing these since birth are normalizing this behavior thinking of then as a cool character type and how they will be neglected if they don't do the same.
