Thanks for making a real video again. You were a staple in my drunken watch list. Your short videos are… not good. Keep making long ones, and you got a lifelong watcher.
STDs are insidious. Give a man an itchy rash and o'course he's gonna scratch it! And if you wanna scratch two itches at the same time, trying for another STD will get you just the right amount of friction to get the job done!
"instead of shooting sparks at your eyeballs, you can shoot 'em at your crotch" Eh, that's ok, I'm married. I actually get some use out of my eyeballs.
@@tombeauchamp806 it's just kind of scary seeing someone like him gone for so long. His information and instruction is dead on accurate but as humor is virtually irreplaceable. Come on Tony, e jump back in and at least tell us how you're doing.
yep, getting worried about him and his, the loss of his father in law musta been one hell of a blow, i can relate, my father's dads passing took a huge toll on the family and we were never really whole again as a family, there was a giant Robert shaped hole where he was...still is for that matter..41 years 1 month and 3 weeks later. god keep you ToT. take your time brother we will be here.
Give them a 50 yuan raise you say? The only recompense they should receive is the pride that comes from knowing that they contributed to the continuing prosperity of the company.
Two blokes go mountain hiking. One takes a pizz and gets bit by a venomous snek right in the manhood. Doubled in pain he shouts to his compatriot to run to the medical tent they had passed a mile earlier to get help. As the friend makes it to said tent, he manages to request the help he needs for his friend in betwixt the gasps of air from the run. Unfortunately the anti venom is miles away and the medical team concludes the only way to stop death knocking is to suck the venom out. As his buddy returns, the man is relieved and asks, what did they say? They said you're going to die.
Man I ran across your videos years ago I used to be a patron I got strung out on drugs and lost everything but I'm clean now and I will soon be able to become a patron again what you do is amazing being completely impartial for one but man the knowledge you have about mechanical contrivances chemistry dancing pixies etc. I wish one day I could be fortunate enough to meet you you clearly have retained more in half a lifetime than 3 generations learn
11:00 re the chintzy bearing, that actually looks like a genius idea. Nylon is self lubricating, but GF Nylon I suspect is a bit abrasive. That thin little shim of metal would prevent the GF vibrating against the other GF part.
Yes this is a great tool. I found a tiny saw blade and use it to make quick drywall cuts. You can also convert it into a “finger sander” for touching welds.
Does it work well for things like holes for electrical boxes/outlets? I only do this occasionally so definitely an amateur, not sure how you'd get a nice clean edge as opposed to some rounding on the corners?
Love using this little guy to cut through steel tracking and studs when I'm doing rough in plumbing, and there's only one working outlet 200' feet away to go between multiple contractors on site. I started using one of those Lenox metal max diamond cut off wheels for it though. It burns through every brand of 3" abrasive wheel I've tried way too fast. The Milwaukee's seem to last the longest but at $18 for a 3 pack that's a hard pass. Love these vijeos. Keep em comin!
I have the Bosch. Very handy tool. I will try the rescue blade but it is slightly undersize for the Bosch, it uses 10 mm metric so I will need to ream the hole. That's been putting me off.
The plastic guard comes off - it nests over the metal one and is meant just to capture tile and concrete dust and the like (OSHA). Overall I’ve found it to be a pretty decent tool with realistic expectations. Use it to cut up the skeletons on my CNC plasma and it’s really handy for that - about to make a hanger for it to hang right on the table frame. Also used it with the guard/foot for guided cuts in sheet metal (like you would on plywood with a circ saw) and that worked pretty well also. I’d bet you might be able to adjust the cut depth also for when you just want to score the metal for bending maybe?
Same lol - he was right in that no one uses the plastic bit….. but the little metal guard underneath is what makes this little saw such a great tool for quick small precise cuts.
I've used this tool for a few years doing access control and low volt work. The small size and depth of cut is perfect for cutting an electric strike into a door frame (hollow metal or wood). The blades are tough to find, however Harbor freight has the perfect size abrasive cut off wheels.
How it is to cut sheet metal straight? I put one in my Amazon cart now. But one of the reviews say the batteries run out very quickly making this worthless to work with. ?
@@danl.4743 It'll cut steel pretty well, I use this tool in Automotive quite frequently. Actually had to cut through an axle the other day and this thing did it pretty well considering its size. Definitely want a 6ah battery for heavy use though
Glad to hear you again! A cordless bandsaw is so good at cutting EMT and other small parts I don’t know how useful this would be. At least it’s not extra chintzy
I'd think it's more for light sheet metal work, such as a tin knocker would do when cutting square openings in HVAC ducts. Or with a diamond wheel, tile installers could make trim cuts on pieces.
Good to see you back in business! I was jonesing so hard for my AvE fix that I went and bought a bunch of my own tools to take apart. Temporarily fixed the urge, but my wife wants to know why we have to move out of the house and into a cardboard box.
Bosch has a very similar tiny saw, but more in the shape of an angle grinder with the cover. Bike thieve’s best friend we used to nickname it while we sold it. due to its pocket-friendly size and metal cutting ability.
@Hot Piece Of Kek yep, and you know what the anti bike thief's best friend is? 2 Mags +1 of 10 mm, and they can go faster than you can pedal. Problem solved.
Very glad to see you back on RU-vid hands down the best show on the web and we’re missed ….. thank you for the great video hope to see more soon best wishes to you and the family
Here we go, straight from the Google gods! Chintzy; "Something that's chintzy is tacky or cheap. A badly made pair of pants is chintzy, and a terribly acted, melodramatic movie is too. Things made of inferior materials are chintzy: "I like the neighborhood, but the house is so badly built, with really chintzy kitchen cabinets and closet doors." Another way to use this adjective is to mean "stingy," or "ungenerous." You might complain about your chintzy boss at work, who's known for giving workers five cent raises and not paying for overtime. Chintzy comes from the cotton fabric known as chintz, from the ordinariness of this common material."
In the uplholstery trade, it's a starch(or other process) glazed cotton fabric. It's glossy and fancy looking but cheep. Well was cheep until it became a fashion and now out off fasion. It is acually nice stuff. I would prefer taffata silk but would be happy with chintz.
If you have a lathe, turn yourself a new arbor for the full sized cutoff wheels, then after they are to small for the full sized grinder they are the perfect size for this tool.
Oh my God what a wonderful thing it is to be able to watch another boltr. Wish they where more often but I will take what I can get when I can get it. Thanks ave

@@danl.4743 If you want to cut sheet 18 gauge plus it'll constantly stall out and burn through batteries very quickly(2ah might cut 18 inches). It's way overpriced for what it is, but other than Ryobi there's nothing cordless on the market that is the same (the Ryobi is stronger). You do get used to how weak it is by only using it on small occasional cuts.
"instead of shooting sparks at your eyeballs, you can shoot them at your crotch". ain't that the truth. Didn't know they allowed electric full size chainsaws in Canada.
My uncle is in the under the table barn renovations kind of business, the electric chainsaw is his signature tool. Trice as fast as cutting of limbs as any jigsaw!
Chintzy actually is in reference to a particular gaudy fabric.. the earliest definition actually meant "covered with chintz", which was considered to be ghetto fabulous back in the day.
Just so happens I was wearing my Empire of Dirt t-shart on the way to night shift, and up pops a video from Uncle Bumble. Glad to see you back, hope all is well.
1.5k views on 35 seconds Dang people must be "including myself" waiting in anticipation for a new video drop. Thank you uncle bumblefuck for giving a shout out for the Big Clive channel. A complete AvE for electronicals.
That is one of my favorite tools ive ever purchased! Amazon carries all the replacement wheels you need bc they are semi hard to find at the Homer Depot
I’m sure someone has said it but the shroud comes off. Have used one of these for a bit. Not to bad for stupid activities. Awesome to see it opened. Thanks neighbor.
You sound like a teacher that I'd actually pay attention to when I was in trade school. You should do instructionals on this channel. I've learned so many terms about the plastic on my drill but I don't know what they mean! Love the content man.
I have one of those for work and it's great. It's great for cutting DIN and holes in cabinets for HMIs. I use it in conjunction with that semi-crappy Milwaukee handheld vac.
I’ve had this for years, it is super useful, quick cutting anything - I grab it way before all my other saws- but I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve used the guard
