I made a sandwich like this in college just about every day because I did not like the cafeteria food. This healthy sandwich helped me keep my weight under control.

Bhai , ingredients kharidne mein bhi toh paise lagte hai , free ka thodi na milta hai. I know that it will be much cheaper like we can make it in about 15-20 rupees but not free
