Honestly, all these songs they wrote since they were young are all a masterpiece! His voice is bloody perfect.. Bon Jovi are unique, they're the best by a long long way! Thank you guys, because magic may not be real.. but your songs are truly magical!

I know, it really grabs you, right? A bunch of people criticize it for being a weak intro track. I think it's beautiful. I don't usually say that. It's a great song for when life isn't going your way.

What I think is so defining is that Jon isn't trying to reach the sky with his vocals. He's keeping things in a comfortable range for him and he sounds amazing, just more emotion in his lyrics coming through than with their older albums-and I don't mean that to sound like a bad thing, because their ballads are so incredible. Bon Jovi still rocks my world, and I think the band is aging like an exceptional fine wine. .
Jovi Girl Yes!!!!!!!! These new songs are amazing, I'm glad to see your comment after mine. This is a new sound for the guys, and I love it. Jon isn't trying to push his voice to where it can no longer go. He's a brilliant songwriter, and like all of their other albums, this will be epic for them. It's a new side of them and I love it. You have to play to your strength and after 30 years, he can't do "Livin on a prayer" like he did so long ago. Please don't think I'm criticizing them, it's just that after 30 years of 3 hour concerts so many days of those 30 years, he can't do what he did 30 years ago but neither can I. I love what they are doing with what I've heard so far and can't wait to hear the rest of the songs!! Keep on rocking Jovi Girl!!!!.
I can already tell this one will be one of my favorites, if not my favorite, from Burning Bridges. This is a song that makes a hardcore fan like myself even happier to purchase the new album.
One of my favorite Bon Jovi songs in a long time. I never though Jon would write this kind of song ever again, but here it is, and it is fantastic. Dark, brooding, powerful. It reminds me of "My Guitar Lies Bleeding In My Arms" from These Days or something off of Destination Anywhere. You can here the passion in Jon's voice in the last chorus, he's still got it. After the disappointing and mediocre What About Now, this song is a breath of fresh air. If song's like this one and We Don't Run are what we expect in a new album, than I'm all for it. The only thing that's missing is Richie's guitar work and backing vocals.

Man i wish they sticked to this...teardrop,real love and slower songs with deeper meaning in general that REALLY fit jon and the band today...miss me with that knockout/because we can songs...Dont get me wrong ill love them no matter what but this...THIS should be the modern bon jovi...

Since I was 14 years old, I watched this group form, be, develop, then... POW!!!! Hit the global music science with spunk, sass and guts. Respect took a while for the critics. ....those critics should now be eating their words as Bon Jovi continues to revolutionise their sound and music across multiple generations.... Despite (desperately) missing Richie, I love the band. Am dedicated and love this sound. Jon is a true master, a true musician. A true GENIUS.
Really good! A little dark..Made me sad for those 4 minutes..But I loooved it! Richie is clearly missing! I wanted the guitar solos to be more intense...I am wondering, how BJ will be on tour with this album.. I can't see the good old BJ..Rock and power etc, but I can see a good new BJ! I can't wait to see them live again!
They won't be on tour with this album, as far as I know JbJ tríed to say this production it's just for "closing" the era with sambora and because of the contract with the record company,. Despite of being outtakes, the album seems to be great and the real new production with new songs will be released on 2016, I really hope they include some of these songs in that tour.
Sounds like it should be on Destination Anywhere. Kind of reminds me slightly of 'It's Just Me' which is most probably my favorite solo song that he's done.
Why the heck can't he do more of that? This song is personal, true feelings, not that kind of positive get back up shit thats always the same. Its something new, we have not heard 100 times before. It shows real emotions. It shows true hurtability, unless the songs on thinfs even though he claimed this. >(
