So many people asking why he is not moving. This song requires so much effort to stay tuned. In almost 80% of the singing, Jon is actually scream singing. That's not only difficult, but also very physically demanding. This guy is almost 60 years old, and he still rocks with respectable performance. To listen Jon in his best moments there's Tidal, Spotify, RU-vid, performances in Bluray and so much more. Right now it's only about enjoying, about emotions and being able to see a great live performance.
Bruce Dickinson is also over 60 years old, and sings heavy metal, look at his stage performance, age is no excuse, Bon Jovi has no more breath ... humility is always a virtue, if not get more, make a version or tone down, respect for fans.
@@diegonicko he already did tune down. Some peoples voices just stay in better shape. Jon sang with poor technique in his early days and blew out the power in his voice
Very impressed!!! Seems Jon got a good vocal coach, number one rule "Don't stress your body" checked. Number two "sing in pitch" checked. Is not easy to sing his songs when you are in your 20's, imagine doing that in your 50's!! And the guy won't give up, he has nothing left to prove and he is still fighting the good fight. Respect!!!
its all godd and i love this song and respect him but thats not the case for steven tyler his voice didnt change a bit and hes older and has crazy vocals
@@leonardopustahija241oh please..ST sound just as bad ..and is icky to look at ..JBJ looks amazing..has the body of someone jalf.his age ..his voice is shot from singing outside of his natural range his entire career
You couldn't meet a nicer person than Jon Bon Jovi. He's kind, generous and very thoughtful of others. Definitely the world's greatest super star. May God continue to bless you and your family Giovanni! 💋🙏💋
I’m a man and this actually brings me to great sadness. I’m 55 and am slowing down as well . 55 is the beginning of the end! Us 80s kids are all 50 plus now! I can honestly say the mass majority of us mentally feel in our 30s. It’s like a horror movie to look in the mirror and see old beating down on us . Knowing are time is limited and youth disappearing. We had a great run, I think we made great parents, had fabulous artists , and did quite well. Jon is us an 80s kid and
Still sounds amazing. Can't believe he can still hit those high notes. One of my favorite songs by one of the greatest legends. Not to many still here from the eighties or performing. We've lost some of the greatest from this era and it makes me sad they never can be replaced.
I just love and have so much respect for him. He has been Singing since before he was 20 yrs old. He turns 59 on March 2nd, in just a few months That's 40 yrs. They all change . When you do that much straining on the cords it damages them. He was on World Tours it was like TWO years almost every time. Anyone that think his or anyone's voice is going to sound like when he was in his 20s,30s and 40s won't change are fooling themselves. Look at Mariah Carey and she not even sing the kind of music as Jon does. She can't hit those high notes anymore. And you never really see her out singing anymore. She hasn't done concerts in Years. Bon Jovi does. They were suppose to go on tour again in 2020 but canceled because of COVID. But he did put out a new Album. IT is different because of everything going on here in the US. Not just COVID. I got it the day before it actually came out because I preordered it. Some people not like it but I do. I also understand him, because of the kind of man he is. He is kind, and cares about others. He has 3 Restaurants that has no price on menu. If you can't pay ,you pay what you can or donate your time there by helping out. Jon and Dorthea feed people in need. They have food banks and they also build homes for needy. He Loves his wife and not afraid to say it. And been married over 30 years.
The pandemic lockdown seems to have done Jon some good,he seems to have regained his pitch control and is getting back that edge in his voice,he's definitely reaching some early 2013 levels, you know before his pipes blew out.
Who cares of all negatives comments..we will love Jon any way any how and that's it... we will always love him even if he become 80 and still singing ♥️♥️♥️ we grown up with his voice and thats what matters. May God bless him always.
@Crixus2016 So you think they shouldn't have done, for example, the Circle/Greatest Hits tour, where Jon sounded brilliant and the band performed dozens of rare songs? Ok then...
@Crixus2016 I mean yeah, these obviously arent as good performances as the originals were. But still, there is something about Jon as an old man singing his own lyrics, i mean the cover of Its my life, I at least really felt it when he sang "I aint gonna live forever".
Even though your voice is not the same than before, you still the best singer who sings rock songs. Nothing to prove, you already did it and showed it how the best singer you are. The Name "Bon Jovi" will be remembered as one of the best rock singers♥️.
this is just the law of nature , Jon is not young anymore just like you and me , yesterday sept 21 im 50, everything has changes, we are getting older together im happy i can still hear Jon voice , happy Jon can still lunched a new song , maybe we can still enjoy Bon Jovi Concert .thank you for this video
This is great. His performing is fantastic. You hear this and you focus your attention on whetever he is jumping or not? C’mon!!!!! Superb artist!!!!!!!
Thank you for your service Sir! Thank you Mr. John for keeping us dreaming, believing we are better off then we actually are! Thank you for your contribution, thank you for your art!!! we are all living on a prayer .......
I wish, but Jon would never be able to do it. He did it in the wedding video but he didn’t sing much of the song. I think he should just stay where’s he at. He got the high note but damn he really worked for it. Someone tuned up the HOF video if you’re interested in what it would sound like. Just search Bon Jovi - Hall Of Fame Performance (Original Key)
He has been a rock star belting out songs 2 to 3 times a week for 30 years . Respect the talent and appreciate the gift of all the albums and songs they gave us to enjoy!!
I just love how everyone becomes a SINGING GURU whenever they hear bon jovi nowadays... I BET when they're gone you'll cry your ass out.. just appreciate The legends while we can period..
Jon has always been one of the greatest front men of any rock band. At 58 it’s only natural that his voice has changed. I just hope the man (the iconic rock n roll legend) has brains enough to bring it all to a gracious close before he ends up making a laughing stock of himself. I say that because anyone can tell how much pain he’s experiencing from the many strained contorted facial expressions he has to make now just to make his voice sound anything remotely like it use to. Jon thank you…and all the members of BJ…for all the great songs and great memories. You’ve earned the right to “ride off into the sunset”. Please take that opportunity before something bad really happens.
He makes you happy he's as good as he ever was never deviates from his hard work and efforts to improve himself his band and the audience loves him more and more. He's a true Rockstar and an incredible human.
@@thedude4672 age and not taking care of his voice over the years. Back when they released Slippery When Wet and New Jersey with back to back tours he had to have steroid injections in his throat to keep it up. Years of touring will add up! But he sounds great now and is playing to the age. Love it!
@@thedude4672 Nailed every one of them here. John's been going through vocal therapy due to all the damage he sustained over the decades. Last year he couldn't do this song and just held the mic out so the fans would sing all the high notes, but the therapy has helped tremendously, because he sounds like he did 20 years ago, again. You can see it in Johns' face every time he hits those parts he couldn't sing for the last 10-15 years. He's so happy. Huge smiles and nods to the crowd. And the crowd reacts with screams because they knew how hard it's been on him not to be able to sing his songs. Can't imagine having songs that have touched so many people in so many different ways, and no longer be able to sing them to people. Must have been hard on him. Thank God he's been able to find his voice again.
Why is everyone saying his voice wasnt like it used to be ? We noticed the change in the 90s.(even though i wasn't alive during that time.. I'm only 28) but still, we all knew he was slowly losing his voice then. The dude sound freaking amazing here for his age! Hats off to u Jon!!! ❤️❤️
My boy here got great ears for music. The moment he heard the first few notes he stopped playing right away and screamed, "YES!" He knows it's Bon Jovi. So glad to see them doing great and safe! One of the rock bands I love so much in this world! 🥰💜
I'm an avid fan of bon jovi ...and still looking for their new album...I really love their songs...and Im so happy to see them performing again...keep rockin' jon...
in 2013 he didn't lipsynch either man...that,s what people say cause they lile to bitch about erything instread of enjoy it. just watched the 2013 show as well and trudt me ..that,s how good he sounded back then..LIVE
@@drummerboy0620 I think he’s just trying to save his breath. He can’t hit the high notes when he’s bouncing around. He can barely hit them standing still.
I want to specially appreciate you for being a big fan thanks for your nice comment on my post, it means a lot to me. I want you to send me a direct message via Hangouts using my personal email. Also endeavor to add your name to the text so I can know you are the one texting because I don't reply unnecessary messages.. Hangouts mail: Official.bonjovi.connects@gmail.com
For those who always says, "he's no longer the same.." How about you.. will you not change if you get old..? So instead salute and respect him👍 atleast he did a million things in music to entertain people around the world👍
to be fair to Hugh McDonald, he has been playing with the band since about 1994, and if rumours are to be believed he did a lot of the studio bass work on all albums before that. He's as much part of the band as Tico and Jon
💕 «do what you do, do what you can» Imádom! Tisztelem! 💕 🇭🇺 Köszönöm a feltöltést! 👍
