Another adventures of Ben Cartwright and his sons (Pernell Roberts, Dan Blocker, Michael Landon and Mitch Vogel) as they run and defend their ranch while helping the surrounding community.
No+ Great movies/episodes/series of the old bonanza especially when they added this redhead "Lad" which bought life back in a way to all Bonanza lovers am blessed to still be here to watch these series 2020 therefore again still tuned in Gwendolyn Pittman Tharpe
A college education should be taught in public schools but politicians set the school curriculum and keep education dumbed down. Today young people make daily what parents make annually. All legal of course. Sometimes having less education keep various and negative thoughts away. Paying $300 to mentor a whole family is a good deal. Several people are making changes in their lives.
It’s interesting that there’s doctors today that look at your tongue and eyes and diagnose 5 different health issues. Their medication is leaves and sticks etc. Patients seemed very happy when learning the doctor.
@The Strawberry If you read "Tom Sawyer" or other books of that time, you'll see corporal punishment was extremely common at the time. Which is why I don't think this is particularly accurate. I know Ben's all liberal and that, but I don't think Jamie would have got away with it.
Totally. I liked Jaime for his first episode (Rainmaker) and it’s been downhill ever since. I think due to his history and challenges Ben cuts him some slack so that he can assimilate without the extra aggro… but there’s a limit. That unchecked petulance can grow into something nasty when a kid gets older.
You're only looking at the cup half full lady. Jamie was frustrated by that punk kid in the school. I would have been the same way. Something needs to be done about punk kids at school.
@@sadiesnare686 thank you very much for your understanding in my ability to see whats real and whats not real now run along to your moms skirt so you can cry on it while she tells you that you'll grow up one day if your very good and stop calling people the names that you do
I never liked Jamie's episodes but i liked this👏👏👏. A viewer once commented he is a dull actor...i believed he can be a cute actor depending on the story.
Is this one going to be similar to "May We Make Them Proud"? Little House episode where Albert burns down the Blind School accidentally and runs away. The episode was the last episode for the Garvey's going on to Father Murphy.
Yup, agree with this video, To consolidate Ben and Jamie, I considerably feel that honest is the best place to start off immediately. thumbs up, bonanza~~

Mr Carwright let jamie get away with talking back saying what he ain't go w do and Mr Carwright pasifying him afterwards just like he did with Little Joe is no fear of a parent they kinda of ran the house no way in my house little Joe generation
Ben was quite strict with his sons and they were always respectful to him. I do think he let Jamie get away with quite a lot, but not his own sons. There are lots of references to the fact they got spanked when they were children.
@@CathyKitson yes he did with lil Joe,lil Joe blew up at him all the time being hot headed he even pulled a gun on dad once even before Lil Joe knew he did Dad Ben kinda took a back seat with all son when they got riled up about something but Adam stood his firm calm ground
@@gladysrodgers5991 Yes, I remember that episode, "The Truckee Strip", I think it was. I thought that was very bad. I'd have taken the gun off him and boxed his ears. Joe was quick-tempered, but MOST of the time he was respectful. Even though he was an adult Ben told him off if he was rude and Joe accepted it because he knew he was right. Then he'd apologise. You know Joe - he was a hothead and he'd often act first and think afterwards. Most of the time he'd do as he'd say and call him "sir".
Jaime (a teenager) disobeys Ben, disrespects a cherished keepsake, lies to Ben’s face, insults him, tries to guilt him for taking him in, yet Ben goes to chase him down to make it all better. No humble apology on his return… just the same haughty arrogance, like he’s doing Ben a favor. Written by Hollywood’s finest! This why so many of their kids ended up wrung out, strung out, played out or laid out.
*SOUND REMEDY* If you use headphones, a secondary speaker or bluetooth device the sound works for some reason. Found that out a while ago and that's how I'm able to enjoy these.
the actor playing the bully was one of those actors who who made it hard to differentiate the actor from the character and you just wanted to decimate with a 2×4.
OH don't we love family stretching out, new fangled ego's clashing as the boy builds a little character, and personality. And the father stretching his own character further and further, playing out his love, and watching his family expand and become men, under his wing. All the while love is always the foundation and the structure upon all those rubbing's.

Because of bullying and bad words said I became a fighter in school, always trying to be the big deal, so everyone's scad to mention my name...I hate bullies
Jamie you have to understand they live on a Ranch and there’s a lot of work for them to do and they might have time to help you with your homework when they can but if they don’t have time than they have stuff to do of their own
Sweet story. I love dusty! And Jamie brought a dull but consistence to his storyline.....not to outshine the men. Hollyweird and it’s now commie American hating actors could never make such a fine show today.

So they got rid of Candy to replace him with a kid. Another kid on a series that disobeys. Like the kid on Flipper, and Lost in Space. And all red-heads!
vogel must have been a friend of the casting director...worst actor ever They write out the best one guy williams and keep him beginning of the end of a great show
The People that talks crap about Jamie are pathetic I mean if an adult is going to bash a kid you are obviously the loser, he's a human being. Jamie is a great actor there aren't even that men full grown men as mature as Jamie at 15.
It’s a TV show, entertainment, the Jamie character is just uninteresting, the actor is fine but the character turns a lot of people off and I can see why.
