i think he is the greatest. not the best in the traditional sense: not a battle rapper, not necessarily strong with punch lines. but he is definitely the best sounding rapper and he rides the beats perfectly, even better than modern day choppers and layers it with a mystic harmonic dark sound. he sounds incredible. AND, most importantly, he never made the fast rap thing a gimmick because his lyrics are very decent and meaningful.
