For me, what makes this song better is the fact that Sans allows Papyrus to lead for most of the song. He only actually adds background(ish) melodies or follows off of Papyrus for the most part while Papyrus actually contends with BF head on. And the one time Sans does start leading, he uses it to play off a joke. And once he finishes, he smiles to Papyrus like “Okay, I’m done now, go ahead.” It really shined out to me when I listened. Nice work!

God that end section is literally my favorite part of any undertale song ever now, so funky and satisfying, amazingly done. Gonna listen to this on loop now 👍

The internet has gotten Undertale wrong for so long. They make sans an edgy god and they make papyrus a pushover nice guy, but the characters are so much deeper and as an Undertale fan it makes me mad. This mod, however, got it so spot on and it makes me so happy. The interactions between brothers was just a joy to watch!

This captures their personalities so well- I can’t deny in terms of songs in Indie across this has to be up there as one of the best for just being SO upbeat, energetic, while also getting a good chuckle out of me and making me smile! Perfectly representing the jokey innocent spirit of Undertale while STILL bopping!! ^^ Like…. This really captures both their personalities super well. Too often I see people depict Sans as some sort of super serious edgelord god but honestly he probably would use his head as a xylophone

Not gonna lie this is the most endearing that Undertale's been in a very long time, not just for this song, the full week too, this mod is actually what made me go back and watch some old Undertale playthroughs. And the mod as a whole is just astounding, I don't see how any other mod could hope to top this, I love all of you peeps who worked on this, you're all incredible.

Saster is the only person who makes songs that make me want to hear them for the first time again

I’ll be honest, after going through this mod, I constantly had to change which one was my favorite just because of the absolute quality from the composers but I knew the second I saw Saster on this one that it would be my favorite. Such a fun and lighthearted song to go through after the absolute hell that was Last Reel and Nightmare Run

This one song explained Sans and Papyrus's chemistry better in 2 minutes than most of the UT fandom has in nearly 7 years.

honestly didnt expect the third set of arrows. i thought sans and paps were going to use the same one! makes it a bit hard for me to follow when characters sing in a duet, but thats prolly just a me thing. pushing that to the side, this track is absolutely amazing!!! i loved every second of it. thank you saster :)

Every time we get a new song from this, I get more and more excited for Indie Cross's full release. Massive props on this, probably the best Undertale-related FNF song thus far Edit: Just found out it got a full release like, an hour ago. I know what I'm spending my evening on

y'know, my favourite thing about this video is actually the comments talking about the characters. a lot of the comments talk about how this song perfectly represents Sans and Papyrus how they're presented in the game. instead of being an overpowered egdelord, Sans is just a playful goofball who falls asleep a lot. instead of being a sweet pushover, Papyrus is a merciful tryhard who always wants to look his best. and the bond between them is clearly shown to be strong but playful too. Sans lets Papyrus take the lead most times, and the one time Sans takes the lead, he plays it off as a joke (btw Papyrus's face in that moment, PRICELESS). he also lets Paps take centre stage and fight BF head on, while Sans himself simply sits back and add little harmonizing parts. plus the whole tone of the song reflects Bonetrousle, Papyrus's battle song from the original game, probably bc Paps would be more comfortable singing something he knows well. as for Papyrus, he wants to be taken seriously, but Sans's hijinks give off playful banter between them (Sans literally uses his head as a xylophone, if that's not funny then comedy is dead). he also feels bad for BF since he's singing solo while Paps has his bro so he adds a little bit more to BF's verse of the song which shows that he still has a kind heart even if they are battling each other. the ending is still the best part for showing their brotherly bond though since they work together which reminds me that both brothers take care of each other in different ways and depend on each other for different reasons. oh, and the art style chosen for this video is really cute! :3

This. This is it. The best FNF song. Nothing will top it for me, I'm almost certain. It goes incredibly hard, while also having a lot of personality, and ACTUALLY PROPERLY CAPTURING SANS AND PAPS' PERSONALITIES/CHEMISTRY (the fact that I feel the need to celebrate that is kinda sad, but, my god, I'm so tired of seeing Sans just being edgy and murder-y for no reason, and especially tired of seeing the Skelebros barely interacting, if at all). Magnificent.

It's abundantly obvious that this is not only one of the best songs in Indie Cross, this is also one of Saster's best songs of all time. Just because of how deep it delves in to these characters and what makes them special, while staying so JAMMIN' the whole time. THIS is EXACTLY what we need from FNF songs in the future, as well as songs in general.

Love when sans starts pounding on his head with bones to make a xylophone sound

this song describes the skelebros so perfectly that i couldn't help but scream in joy. sans using his head & bones as a drum & papyrus being so dumb w/ him?? everything is so in character!

I love how perfectly this song encapsulates the banter between Papyrus and Sans. Papyrus puts in effort for most of the song, meanwhile Sans just kinda lays back and even falls asleep at the start. That is, until Sans decides to pull a prank (one of the few things he's known to put effort into) by drumming on his head, and absolutely confounding Papyrus for a bit.

Bro, that song is really impressive and very good composed, and that end part very dynamic and pierces the soul. You completely transferred the soul of these two bone brothers and brought my memories of the first time I play Undertale outside, nostalgia was pouring out of me... And that end.. Its like, its still sound under a good beat and good compositing of the song, and this transition to a minor seems to say "This is our last meeting, it's time to let us go and move on", (NO KIDDING FURTHER) gave me the truth to shed tears with a little sadness, but also with a smile, looking at them for the last time. Undertale means a lot to me and is very close, and this song really tears me apart with delight and impression. Stunning work. Thank you for this song, thank you all animators who animate them VERY SICK and devs who started working on this project and finished that. 😭😭😭

So I just came across this song and I can already tell as someone who has only played undertale’s pacifist run and seen so many content creators play various mods This song has captured the overall dynamic of the two brothers extremely well. Papyrus is the one who always likes being in the spotlight, and so he takes the lead for a lot of the parts when it’s the skelebro’s turn. Sans doesn’t come out of the forefront as often, and when he does have parts it usually is something that accentuates Papyrus to make him shine more, an continuation/add-on to Papyrus’s melody, or when he solos it’s either something silly or something relatively chill. Sans also sleeps at times two points in the song and Papyrus looks embarrassed or flabbergasted at his antics which was a really nice touch in terms of animation. I also love the way that the three different voices in this song do not clash with each other and blend with each other. Amazing song Saster, and if people see this comment, give me other fnf songs I should check out! I wanna listen to other creators, even if it’s more of Saster’s content!

This is just beautiful! Its joyful and jolly while still being silly at the same time! Not like most fan-made sans game (where sans is just a demonic skeleton who will crush your bones to ashes). he's just a chill guy that likes to prank his brother and play around while still being deadly at the same time. Lets appreciate how the indie cross team manage to completely remake sans personality from undertale to FNF Indie cross.

this song is such a perfect representation for how you feel when interacting with the duo for the first time. brotherly charm mixed with hijinks and humor. not even gunna mention how god tier the mechanics for the actual rap battle is. honestly one of the biggest contenders for the "Best" song in this mod, just like basically every other song in the mod like holy shit guys.

Bro, I literally DID NOT know saster made this song. I thought atrocity and bonedoggle were made by two different creators but now I see why they both slap so damn hard.

I like the detail that Papyrus doesn’t get a microphone at all in Indie Cross. It represents how he talks in Undertale, which is that he always speaks in uppercase, making it as if he is just telling everything he is saying. So yea, Paps don’t need no microphone cause he’s loud enough as is.
