Seeing the whole scene makes everything else make sense. The reactions and how the gum ends up in his mouth. The edited version kills all that.

The way booth's eyes briefly open and then snap shut when he realizes the kiss isn't over makes it that much hotter 🔥

This extended version makes Caroline’s reaction make much more sense 😅

I'm kind of sad that Angela wasn't passing by the door at this exact moment... she would have LOVED it and would have presumably asked Brennan a hundred questions afterwards... 😆

I'm watching the show for the first time. Why didn't they keep this complete scene in the episode? It made no sense that she would pass him a chewing gum with their lips closed all the way. And Caroline's reaction made no sense whatsoever with their chaste kiss. This is such a better scene! Love it!

Watching this again, it occurred to me that Booth said, "I don't know what that means." I love how he's finally been put on the wrong foot by something on the emotional side. 😅

Anyone else think the extended one was the best one they ever had. I think Brennan and Sully had way more passionate kisses but nice to see that they can have a passionate one too. Would have liked to have seen more kisses like that from them. They enjoyed it WAY too much. Felt like all the others after that were restrained but still doesn't change their chemistry and bond and love for each other❤❤

The writers of the show are terrible when it comes to steamy scenes between these two. They didn’t have to cut this scene. Like at all. And it made no sense that she was in awe of their kiss when the kiss really wasn’t shit and I was so confused. But now I know why. They cut out the WOW part of their kiss 🙄
