Thank you so much. Yes, we are fortunate to have this one fairly close to us. It is a 40 minute drive, but that isn't too bad. And yes, that was definitely the biggest prime rib and steak we have had.

@@NCMemoryMakersHi Derrick and Shawnasi. I took my wife to the Texas Roadhouse today in Orange Park, Florida. I just wanted you to know that they brought our butter out in small plastic cups and you didn't have to fight with it to put it on your rolls and tater. We even asked for an extra one and they brought it right out. Got the grilled salmon today and the server and everything couldn't have been better. Hope ya'll are having a GREAT WEEKEND! Oh I almost forgot I even got a free bag of salted peanuts to take home! They'll go good later with a diet Coke!

Yes, the meat certainly did make up for it.

They did not offer bread or rolls. Some places do and some places don't. To be honest, I'm glad they didn't. That's not a big thing for us, and we would have been even more stuffed, if they had. It was already all we could do to walk out of there. Thanks for watching!

Thank y'all for watching. Yes, she put this prime rib at the top, and I have to agree. And the steak is up there, too. Some of the best we've had. The steak did come out as one of the most rare I've ever had, and I really hated to send it back. But it was too red, even for me. It was also very thick, so I guess that's why. Glad we finally got to try this place, though. We will definitely go back again!

Thank you so much for watching, and for commenting. We really appreciate it. No, there were no rolls or bread, but honestly, we didn't miss it. It would have only made us more full than we were, and we already ate too much. The prices for each item were on the menu, and we did not show the receipt at the end. She actually took care of that with the card, while I was not feeling well. The total before tip, was just over $87. When I referenced it being loud, I was mainly talking about the music. There was a guy outside playing the guitar, and he did a good job. I actually showed him at the end. But the speakers were piping the sound inside, and they were very, very loud. That always presents a challenge for anybody trying to record a video for RU-vid. At least this was not copyrighted music, so we didn't get a hit for that. But yes, this is a great overall experience and a good meal. Also, we try to sit down and read at least 5 chapters of the Bible together, every day. We read it through as a couple often, and we have done that like 7-8 times. We figured since we had such a long wait time, that would be a good time to go ahead and get some chapters in.

If it's a short drive, you should try to go as soon as you can. As far as the wait, I don't know what to tell you. I assume it's like that every weekend. Next time, we will probably go around 4:00 and get our names in. The prime rib doesn't start being served until 5:00. Or, if we don't want prime rib, we might even try to go on a weeknight.

I'm not sure what "issues" we had, but I remember a simple honest mistake or two. I would definitely recommend anybody trying this place. It is some of the best food in our local area, whatever those issues that night might have been. There is not a better steak or prime rib to be had anywhere within 50 miles of there. And even if there were an issue that night, that does not mean it is indicative of the norm. Trust us...This is a great place. You're missing out if you don't give it a shot.
