Beautiful history, thank you for sharing. I own a home here in Bonita and hope to move full time. Originally born and raised in the Philadelphia area like my family before me. My father moved to a bonita early 2000's and convinced me to buy. Thank you for the beautiful documentary. Really educational and lovely.

Born and raised in Naples. My family goes back to the 1800's here in SWFL. It sure has changed. Places I used to hunt and fish are golf courses. I miss the good old days!!!

As a fellow bonita springs resident. Its awesome to learn about the history of my city from watching instead of looking at photos.

Use to live in Bonita Springs Gulf and Country Club. Sold our home in 2006 and moved back to Ohio. I do not recall any blacks living there when I lived there. I went to church with relatives of the Walkers. They owned alot of land down there. Sold it to developers and made alot of money.
