It’s almost closing time at Kitty’s Lounge in north Baltimore July 8, 2022.
An employee leaves the bar, unaware he’ll soon fall victim in a brutal assault and armed robbery.
“We have a regular Bonnie and Clyde duo,” said Tony Gause, Senior Inspector with the US Marshals Service.
Investigators say the crime was caught on surveillance.
As the victim rounds the corner onto a neighborhood street, a woman and a man appear into frame.
The US Marshals Service has identified the woman as 36-year-old Nikina Hill and 35-year-old Trey McEachin.
“Ms. Hill decided to begin assaulting the victim,” said Gause.
Investigators say began arguing with the victim and then assaulted and punched him.
Surveillance then captured McEachin joining in, officials said.
“Mr. Mceachin came up behind him and pulled out a handgun and decided to begin beating the victim senselessly, pointing the weapon at him,” said Gause.
Investigators say the man was knocked unconscious and the duo stole his cell phone and about $400 in cash.
