Mostafa Sadeghi serves as the Senior Director of Systems and Software Engineering at Abbott Laboratories. Over his 18-year tenure at Abbott, he has held various roles in Research and Development, including Chief Systems Architect for cardiac medical devices. He is an inductee in Abbott’s Scientific Society as a Research Fellow. Prior to Abbott, Mr. Sadeghi worked for several companies in the semiconductor industry in Silicon Valley, California.
Mr. Sadeghi received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley, followed by a master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from UCLA. He holds 12 patents for innovative technologies in Bluetooth-enabled cardiac medical devices.
