Antidisestablishmentarianist I would honestly think only people who are either ignorant or really desperate would try it. The amount of sets you're doing with the weight is not that great for a beginner.. or for any lifter honestly. You'd have to be on gear lol
lol exactly. Mike Rashid is not even his name. He changed his name to run from the Po-Po after trying to kill his family. His actual name back when he was a rapper was Cinque Glendy. forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=157618443
JakeTheSnakeFilms Yeah, I've heard about that. For top lel check this out: www.bosssportsnutrition.com/products/foundation and all the related "ebooks". BRB having one ebook per bodypart and charging 25-35$ per book. The amazing thing is that easily impressed noobs will go for this crap.
A quote from the legal disclaimer on Rashid's eBook "No part of this eBook may be copied, shared, or changed in any format, sold, or used in any way under any circumstances." I agree with the lawyer, It should not be sold or used in any way under any circumstances.
JakeTheSnakeFilms lets steer away from his past life and stick to the books he is selling ....its the books we are reviewing not what he did in the past ... and how sure are we of the authenticity of the story. Stick to the script don't bring unfounded rumors
God damn it, the reading rainbow theme at the start had me dead. Please keep the book review's coming! I enjoy reading about strength routines and it's nice to know which books/programs are actually worth it (or in this case worthless).
I know his book might be outdated in terms of diet, but Arnold's Encyclopedia of BodyBuilding is an awesome book for any beginner/athlete/powerlifter wanting to get stronger.
$20 for 14 pages? I really hate these scumbag youtube fitness gurus who try to get one over on the public that got them popular in the first place. I'mgoing to shit on every video he and that cross lazy eyed Mike Rashid posts
well put.... as always. ive always hated CT and its nice to know some of the intelligent people in the lifting community agree whole heartedly keep the videos coming bro look forward to all of them
There are two problems with the idea to do floor presses in order to work the lift at the top. 1. The top of the movement isn't where beginners are weak. 2. the floor press done correctly isn't really for the top of the movement. It depends on the person, but some people can actually touch their chests with the floor press. Since you're pausing at the bottom, it's more suitable to build the lower part of the bench
Hey TrapBook Pro , I'm a law student living in Belgium , which means that I spent a lot of time sitting down in the library studying. Knowing that you are (or were) a similar case, I was wondering if you had any tips for eating . I tend to be pretty disciplined when it comes to food , but I still have a hard time, the only way I could eat well is to spend a shit load of money every day on campus, which I can't do because I'm a student . Thanks man .
Mr. Traptasic, the esteemed leader of the traptasic 4, this book seems like quality reading material to help coax out a long overdue shit. CT has went full Elliot in trying to market his brand .
First off, most RC problems are merely a SYMPTOM of weak traps and serratus anterior, NOT the cause, so doing ext. rotation won't do jack shit for msot people. Secondly, when using a DB, the gravity is trying to pull the weight down. You're not even working your rotator cuffs because gravity is resisting you holding it up, not you externally rotating your shoulders. Do HIGH face pulls, and, if you REALLY need to do ext. rot., use a band tied to a power rack.
***** If you could tell us who you're directing that insult towards that'd be really helpful, because it sounds like you're insulting CT and insulting us too despite us ragging on CT
easy. here are 3 things that will get you better results than CT Fletchers pamphlet: one single lifting strap, a jock strap without the cup, and a 2.5lb dumbell. all are way more useful than this book.
