Today we show you how our designers created an outstanding book cover for Kristi Jones’ YA fantasy The Lost Time Traveller 😍
✨ We began with creating the foundation of the cover. The image of the main character was cut out and layered over the colorful and juicy background picture that would make sure the cover stands out from others in the same genre.
✨ The greatest part of the design process was dedicated to adding multiple graphic elements that reflect the fantastical nature of the story, including magical circles, swirls of glowing energy, and sparkles.
✨ Finally, we retouched the image, adjusted colors, and added light effects to make the picture both realistic and catchy.
