Dui guy, I need a good lawyer to represent me in Madison fl. Do U work in Florida? Money isn't an issue my friend. The state has no evidence of the officers probable cause for traffic stop, they chopped the dash cam video, the officer lied repeatedly on the report, the public pretender denied me my discovery packet and I had to fire him and threaten the public defenders office with a lawsuit if they didnt produce it to me. Finally after 3 court dates and over 100 days I got it. I drove an hour away to their office to pick it up. Didnt have no disc in the file so I went back, raised hell and what do u know, I got the disc. It is useless to prove me innocent because there is no video and only 2 pictures and one is of the back of the vehichle and its completely out of focus, the other is of idk what but it has nothing to do with my case. They searched the vehichle after I refused consent because he lied saying I ran a stop sign. Never happend. And stole property as it is missing and wasnt in the report at all, nor is there anything in the report of a search of any kind. The d.a laughed in my face when i told him they have to prove their case because i dont take pleas. To be honest I am planning to sure them for all their worth. I work too damn hard to let thugs with badges Rob me and mine and will pay whatever its worth to see justice and to have them held accountable

You would have a field day in court with these degenerates. should be an easy win and a payday for the both of us. 50 50 sounds good to me. I also have a previouse incodent that would be worth millions but never could find a lawyer with a backbone to take the case. We can talk about the details of that if your interested as it is a much longer story but worth millions. Exessive force, personal injury and no resisting and they admitted to it on the report.

They also put the car on a rollback and my fionce showed up to claim the vehicle before the rollback left the scene. The tow truck driver told her to pay him $100 bucks and he would release it to her so she paid him in cash and he refused to give her a receipt. While our vehichle was in their possession the radiator was busted from underneath the car. Im assuming from negligence from the wrecker service. Also the officer lied to me and my fiance stating that having a legally registered firearm loaded inside a closed zipper case in the driver floorboard is illegal and we both need a conseal carry permit for it. That is a lie from the devil and I wouldnt care if it was the law, my guns go where I go. One or two in every vehichle we own and many in my house. That will never change.
