People sometimes forget that they are under no obligation to assist a cop in their investigation. I wonder how many people actually dont get arrested after a field sobriety test. I have a few cop friends that all say the FST is only a formality because their mind is made up before ever requesting suspects to take one.

1st of all- dont get your information from idiots on YT shorts. 2nd- laws differ from state to state. You need to know the laws for yourself. 3rd- Most states, whether you submit to SFST or not, you cannot refuse a breath, blood, or urine test.
When Kerri, Jen and Karen pulled up in Karen & Kerri's vehicles, they testified that Karen said 'look at my taillight! I broke my taillight!' tho the video shows no such conversation AND you can see her Right Rear taillight that isn't visibly broken from that angle

The cop didnt do a proper investigation. But just from this one video, i think she was guilty. But to give an 18 year old a dui charge for a victimless crime is BS. We see cops letting their fellow officers get away with a slap on the wrist for being caught extremely intoxicated while driving. But rules dont apply to the blue line gang and the rest of the government. I would like to know the verdict. But its still interesting and educational to watch you work. Thanks larry.
How do cops not know this? They've got plates driving into their state from all over the us that are not licensed in California they're probably licensed in West Virginia and people come to the his state from Canada or Mexico with foreign plates they are allowed to do that. This is an old story. She lived and filed a lawsuit. I don't remember the amount but it was just a few thousand dollars. Cops have got to do better, cameras are revealing just how incompetent they are.
That 👮♂️ needs to be educated on driving privileges. He's very confused 😕 and instead of asking for proper assistance from another 👮♂️ or calling a watch commander or radio to central command, questioning what to do😢 another know it all 👮♀️
Being ex military, if an office approaches me in a threatening manner of any kind I will defend myself and any cost. In some states you are allowed by law to defend yourself against an unruly officer.

Honestly, that's an honest police officer. I've seen enough tear downs of field sobriety tests to demonstrate that they are designed to make Jesus Christ look like a worthless drunk with four heroin needles hanging out his arms. I really *appreciate* this officer whether or not his opinion that the driver was drunk is accurate.
Nystagmus can be caused by so many things, I hate the way cops act like they know everything about. Vertigo, MS, head injury, anti seizure meds, b12 deficiency and even spinning in a chair can cause it. Grrrrr
