SOOO it turns out I did do an Un-haul before (I FORGOT! It was 3 years ago!) so here it is if you want to watch it!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-E1k9DgoNdhw.html
This is kind of sad and nostalgic for me. A lot of these books were quite popular in booktube back in the day and remember you getting them wow. I didn't read them either but I definitely wanted to back then! Time flies Sasha 😱❤️
I love how you give your books to charities! I never thought about that but now I'm thinking the next time I have books I don't need, I'll probably do that do. It would be nice to know that I could give kids or families in need a reason to escape into a beautiful story. It's such a great thing and to share that with people who really need a light like that in their lives is such a selfless thing 😇
When you decided to unhaul "A Dog's Purpose" I was like girl you need to read that book before you get rid of it. I mean you are a dog owner you have to read that book. It is so good and will change the way you look at your dogs. It's just so cute and funny and yes it's sad but it is still a really good book. Keep it on your list for the future.
I ended up doing a reading unhaul this year. Basically just finally reading the books that have been sitting on my shelf forever just so I could know whether or not to keep them. Sadly, many of them didn't make it back to the shelf...because they were kind of terrible...but that means more room for other books! Woohoo! Yay for the silver lining!!! Thanks for your vids! Love seeing such a thriving community of avid readers!
It does feel awesome! and knowing these books are going to new homes for people who don't normally have books makes my heart so happy! and thank you!!!!
Gone is my favourite series (along with red queen) but I'm glad you're giving other readers the chance to read such an incredible series :) great video ❤️
Your eyes are so pretty!! Also, I can barely get rid of one book let alone an entire pile of books. I just got back from Summer camp with no technology and it was horrible. Well I had my phone on me but there was no wifi so youtube wasn't working but I was really happy to get home and see a video from you and various other booktubers. I have a lot of watching to do.
when I saw the title I was like she`s gonna get rid of the gone series books and then 3 minutes later you did haha. I love that series so much and i wish more people talked about it.
THANK YOU! Now I know what to do with all my doubles or books that I love, but have read and are just sitting on the shelf, or ones that I know I'll never read!!!
The Valiant (the gladiators book) and Sweep look really good! As of right now I have so many to unhaul!!! Some of them just been sitting around on my shelf and I didn't think I would get to them. Others I started and DNFed it or I read it but didn't like enough to attempt again.
I want a new wave of dystopian books too! Superpowers, dystopian, and end of the world type of stories have always been my favorite since I was little.
How is it possible to have so many books?? And also congrats Sasha! Giving away books to people who can’t have either one is really amazing! Good job❤️ That’s why we love you🌹❤️
The HON series was the first YA books I ever read back in middle school when my bff at the time introduced me to them I got half way through the 8th book and stopped reading them tho. Such Nostalgia!
Yay! I love clearing out my shelves to make room for books i love. I just did an unhaul vid like a week ago . . . And then bought more books. . . .whoops
I need to do this as well one day, but it’s still a bit painful to see books leave... hahaha! Also, love your hair color, it gets prettier every time 🔥
The Gone series was my favorite as a kid, but they are pretty bad looking back now. I'll never get rid of them, because they hold such sentimental value for me.
Hi! Sasha, I love your amazing funny videos and tbr!!! Do you have any tips on writing a book and becoming a author? And any recommendations for begin a ya books?
I have a few I may un-haul and mostly give to family members. But thank you or reminding me of the Marked series, my .ister would read that book. Great video,
A great vampire/angel series is the Guild Hunter series by Nalini Sighn! It's actually pretty intense and there's some romance involved but since it isn't YA it does get to the hot and heavy bits. I'm only on the second book but I'm really enjoying it so far!
I loved a dogs purpose movie even though it was sad but a good sad still keep meaning to read the book but 😅 because who doesn't love a whole pile of unread books
You want more vampire books, and like adult romance...you should read the Night Huntress series by Jeaniene Frost or The Love at Stake series by Kerrelyn Sparks.
sasha, i recommend p.c cast's greek mytholyegy series. especially "goddess of spring"!! you don't need to read the books in order & their great w some good smut ;) lol
Zombies, aliens, vampires WUTTHEHECK lol I never read a book about zombies and vampire tropes make me cringe so hard bc they always try so hard to make them “sexy” lol. Great video the pup is TOO CUTE 😍🐶
4:00 - I actually won a hardback copy of The Valiant (and The Defiant) in a publisher sweepstakes. I haven't started it yet, but I'm going to be returning to Puerto Rico in July and can't fit the book(s) in my suitcase. Which totally sucks, but I'm hoping to read it before I give it away (or sell it).
Omg Nerve 😣 I tried listening to that on Audiobook and just couldn't get through it! I expected the "dares" to be way more exciting than they were (based on the movie trailer) and there was insta-love that I just couldn't deal with. Hopefully the movie is better
The house of night series , ( marked book and etc) is pretty good AFTER the first 2 books, I have the first 10/11 books I believe and they get better, but I see why you would unhaul because honestly I would do the same, but I have an emotional connection to that series that I can't bring myself to unhaul them.
I have all my books still packed in boxes because we're remodeling my room. I think I should do an unhaul and get some space on the new shelves :') Also totally getting the Zenith paperback. It's so pretty, I can't wait to start it!
i just recently finished the switched series by amanda hocking (because i'd bought them all in 2012 but only read the first one) and it was actually pretty good :) around 2012 or so i also read the first 5 house of nights books (bc i made the mistake of buying them all at once) and disliked it around the 3rd book or so but kept reading. now I'm currently fighting through the audiobook of the 8th book (they're free on spotify) because i forgot i hated the series and bought the 9th book at a bargain sale. it is a pain to go through.
