I'm so looking forward to becoming a mental health nurse. Going to uni next year. I currently work as a support worker, and I do like 72 hours a week. Imagine doing that hour being an agency nurse. Goodluck in the USA too💕
It’s doable but it’s not easy doing so many hours a week and some hospitals refuse for agencies nurses to do more than 5 shifts. I did 5 shift for 7 months and I experienced burnout really bad
Some are fearful that they may not get enough shifts. The no work no pay policy, when one falls sick you don’t get any sick pay and just some other down sides
Please i had an accident before 2years and its affect my right eye i cant see by her but it dosent affect my work performance at all so i want to ask if that will affect me to goin nhs or not
