I think he's saying as long whatever they're doing lands or works, hit the mark.etc the steps they took doesn't matter even if they were unconventional or things you personally wouldn't have done. Booker has the knack of articulating things horribly, but you can still get the gist of what he's saying lol

@@xGuillau I think there is just so much talent there and new people coming in all the time, that they just eventually move them to the main roster to in a sink or swim situation and if it doesn’t work they can send them on their way. Cameron Grimes was an awesome wrestler but wasn’t ready and never got a story so I agree with Bully here, but ya can’t keep them on the NXT roster forever.
Kiana probably is ready just doesn't have a gimmick or anything worth being on TV for. She was impressive in NXT, but "business woman" isn't gonna work. The women don't need gimmicks like the men do, they just need good creative Lyra is more than ready and they killed her push wayyyy too fast. Sticking her with the other two short girls killed all of her momentum in an attempt to get them over. Lyra was getting fans behind her pretty fast, I'm guessing they already have their womens main storylines laid out though and she just has to wait her turn Blaire should have never been signed, I just don't see anything in her at all and didn't in AEW either. Abysmal promo and generic look, definitely not a main roster ready project
Bully is right it does not matter if you are good if they meaning Trips don't have nothing exactly for you a crystal clear vision like a lot of people have she Roxanne can fall threw the cracks. Booker T is right too when he said I was a talent they made something for me cause my talent spoke volumes. Plus everyone else wants a piece of the action too. They both have a point.
Zoey Stark is the perfect example of someone who should be a top player but because there is just no story plans, all she's doing is padding the midcard to fll time Roxanne and Lyra should have been called up together as a tag team IMO, it would have worked very well. KC squared was never ready for main roster and probably never will be, they're just there to take L's so others don't have to. But there should be a "small girl" tag team, it just works. Alexa and Liv should have did it too back in the day.
@@Parallelocam Zoe Stark your right they don't no what to do with her. Valkyrie beating Damage control helped her get over. Her running that gualet of damage control helped her. Roquel Gonzalez can be a beast but like Zoey stark she is lost in the shuffle.

The Creed Brothers & Ivy Nile have been on the main roster since November and now in August , 9 months later they’re finally getting tv time. 9 months is a long time to wait for a chance to be on tv.
The only issue I have with Roxxane is that she comes off as trying to hard to be AJ Lee, instead of being herself Cora Jade as well, both of them are trying to be AJ Lee
AJ love it or hate it set a precedent that a lot of women who came after her wanted to follow, and since AJ retired also it's WWE itself that's been wanting to still capture that magic in a bottle. Even Nikki Bella was taking things from AJ and they were in the same era.
People can get behind a small babyface like her pretty easily, look at Lyra. The problem is she can't be a heel at her size without having a big girl to back her up. If she's that tiny and can talk smack and back it up, it's too unrealistic. She's wasting her time in NXT alongside people who don't mean anything. She is above the rest of them and is worthy of the call up My two cents is if you're going to call her up, you should be sending someone the main roster isn't using back down to NXT to either help fill her spot or just help the brand in general. To most people, NXT was gutted by vince and just became unwatchable and they never went back. The current crop of talent just doesn't seem all that great to me personally. If you're gonna waste her on NXT, then she should have some reputable names to fight. Not people like lash legend or sol ruca. NXT really needs some kind of rebrand and WWE as a whole should consider sending more people down to NXT. Tozawa could go from being a flunkie to being a reputable challenger for the midcard title
I like Roxanne, but they need a IC title for the woman. I don't see her as a world champion. She is smaller than Alexa Bliss. Imagine her standing next to a Charlotte or Rhea.
That's what the women's tag titles are basically. The problem is they keep sticking the titles on people with no story and no push so it's forever in a state of "accessory and nothing more"
tbh she wont survive the main roster even if she does improve her promos ( they are soo bad), shell get lost in the shuffle, shes like a kid compared to bianca, jade, charlotte, rhea etc,
Just like some of the guys who can't cut it as the main event stars! They should be taking some of these girls & making them heel & baby face tag teams & build up the division. And signing men & women to tag team contracts, which I read that HHH was talking about that like 3/4 years ago, for both guys & and girls tag teams. WTH happened.

I think the biggest main roster downgrade has been Asuka. In NXT she was undefeated killer. Nobody beat her, not even for the championship. They call her up to the main roster, she wins the first women's Royal Rumble and she loses to Charlotte at Wrestlemaina. She counted the lights more often than not ever since. The main roster ruined everything about Asuka.
@@larrylutz6825 I absolutely agree that Kross got a terrible deal also. Kross was pushed hard in NXT, yes, but not quite the level that Asuka was. Being a champion doesn't mean much when you're not being presented as a champion. For years now Asuka has been presented as almost a stereotype/caricature of a Japanese person. I thought they were gonna correct their mistake when she came back with the clown face paint, but they didn't. They stuck her in a group instead of rebuilding the star they once had.
@@goodmooneung Dragunov hasn't been on the main roster long enough for me to make that judgement quite yet. With Gunther being World Champion, Dragunov will most definitely main event a show before long. There's no way Triple H won't have two lock up on a big stage.

There is really only 3 thing that WWE can do with Roxanne Perez 1. Guila 2. Stephanie V 3. Then bring up to the main roster with Cora Jade and do a mean girls thing. And beat up everyone matter good girls or bad girls.
The issue that I have is NXT is too much participation award. No one is really grinding. There is no real attitude. No real identity. Black and gold everyone made the most of their tv time and matches. They was hungry. Now it’s all colorful and talent just seems like they don’t have to work hard.
There's no money in roxanne as a heel, at least that's my opinion. It's good to let her be a heel for practice but it shouldn't stick. Small heels rarely ever work. She should work her way up to Nia and beat her (if Lyra doesn't first). THEN you bring in cora jade to screw her over in her first defense or something and set up a story.

Alexa and Zelina are good in the mic. Took Liv a long time to get over. Iyo came in with Bayley and Dakota as their mouth piece. Rox will need to be under someone's wing who can talk. She isn't bad but that's what tends to get smaller women over.
I mean if WWE really try with NXT to make it a legit 3rd brand with the move outside the PC and new channel, Roxanne don't need a move up. Then you can move talent across and everyone can eat good, but I guess NXT will always be developmental and I get that

One thing that grinds my gears is when someones in NXT and they project that theyre ready for the main roster but they themselves dont have a plan of what to do when they get there; and people blame backstage but it has more to do with the star. Its why the greatest of all time were improvisers. There was no "What should i do who should i ask on who i should be" behind their eyes. Example; you wouldve never thought 3D was ever in conversation with writers or creatives 😂 they were just themselves and knew what they wanted to do and projected awareness and real time ring IQ without a look of "What are we doing next" They were never trying to over do it for cheers 😂 and when they were booed they say fck off we're working 😂 it was so good and demanded respect for the craft not sucking up to the fans 😂 imagine telling Paul E the fans dont like his work he'd say fck u 😂

@@slimefeeder I think his point was, there have been many well document wrestlers that were not it, but thanks to good pushes and good creative they go places intime. Roman is a perfect example. He was getting his ass whooped like a dog by Baron fucking Corban and covered in dog food. It's been pretty well documented that in WWE that talent do not have the control ya'll seem to think they do. Things don't work like they did in the attitude era or at ECW or WCW. How many stars have been incredibly over with the fans and backstage didn't push them? They could have a mega star on the roster, but if creative and management don't know what to do with them, they sit in catering until their contract expires. Daniel Bryan and the Yes! movement? The fans had to practically riot. How many times have they pushed someone the fans hated? Tripp's is no Vince and it sure seems like he's allowing more freedom sure but he's only one cog in the machine. TL;DR Yeah talent has to be good in the ring, on the mic, think on their feet etc etc but that's only half of it. If backstage isn't behind them, or can't think of what to do with them, then it wont matter how good they are at any of those things.
"The greatest of all time were improvisers". Like who? Austin and The Rock didn't "improvise" their way into the gimmicks or creative plans. They had to take what they were given more times than not and work with it. And as far as 3D goes, they DID have to talk with Vince about high risk matches involving ladders and tables because he didn't want anybody to get seriously hurt or even killed during those matches. He almost called the first TLC match off.
To be fair, Mercedes and Sasha banks are not the same talent wise, the same way Paige and Saraya aren't. Taking a long time off like that, it's clearly not like riding a bicycle. I truly believe in her prime, Sasha could carry anyone to a good match. Same with Paige. At this point though, it feels like they both just aren't getting much better.
I mean, I wouldn't mind having Roxanne on the main roster, once she drops the NXT women's championship is when she should leave. As much as it sucks that Kiana James isn't being used now, Roxanne is too big of a star to ignore.
Roxanne is definitely ready but WWE can't utilize everyone and at least they are using the women's tag titles but we need another women's title like a IC title or something? NXT is stacked and several wont make it but a lot should make it but they don't have enough TV for everyone at we don't need another show unless it's a all women's show.
WWE should wait and see how the experiment with the women's NA Championship before adding more titles to the main roster. There's barely enough TV time to go around as it is, and just about most of it is being allocated to the men.
I can't wait to see big Hobbs and quite a few of the other guys and ladies on them shows seriously! Promo's are accurate and fit the talent and their personalities so it feels natural like the golden era of "bully and Booker t Days" for my generation it's almost that good and makes you want to watch
