Senator Cory Booker tells Rachel Maddow that he would lead an effort to expel Senator Menendez from the senate after his guilty verdict today if Menendez doesn't resign. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability".

Yes, the judge in Florida showed what the game was as she was about delay until the election. There is now no longer any point in stalling the process. The appeal is going to get her recused. Manhattan was based on his falsification of records, which happened, and it was to support other falsified records, tax fraud in order to hide payments, and payments that Trump believed would promote his own campaign according to people that he spoke to. In other words, statements against his interest and the witness's interests as well.
