Lol guys like this , is why the rates stay so low. They just keep taking them. It’s a joke. Stop taking anything below 2$ . Ruins the market for the test
@@semajd5995 as a driver i agree, however most truckers are conservative/republican, who are anti union. They complain about low wages but also don't want unions. Just look at the UAW strike for example
@@EcoFustionTV, most truckers were conservative/Republican in the 1950’s through 1980’s when deregulation happened too. Trust me, if they saw the net positive outcome they’d want a union. I’m a conservative and loved my previous union jobs. I’ll never not work with a union unless it’s an absolute train wreck.
1800$ bucks to go 1000k miles, Fuel Cost: Fuel Cost = (1000 miles / 6 miles per gallon) × $3.50 per gallon = $583.33. Toll Fees: Assuming a toll fee estimate of $50 for one way. You make around 560$ dollars for say the 2 day trip to cover that run,how are you guys actually making money if the loads this cheap, correct me because I’m trying to switch from company driver to owner operator. But I’m making more than that as a company driver.
Hey bro My bad i dont really know you but it seem you know.I just came across a few stack and im thinking of becomeing a owner opperator also Do you think its worth it Times is hard and i dont want to loose this cash.
You have no clue. But what i do know is when someone assumes or blames others for their failures they dont belong in business. How do i know your not successful. Easy successful ppl wont comment like yours
Partial or not it’s a 2 stop and some take 2days just on the pick up and for him to say just deliver by Friday that tells me I’m right just on fuel I will do this load for free with that price
So property values did go up because of this on some investment properties. Example owning an investment property near transit and has a large lot the value went up. And when interest rates come down even more so. But who knows Lets see what else they come up with.
They go back to their countries and they don't understand that we live here, we want this country thrive, and keep it safe. crazy people for crazy countries.
The brokers should stop taking cheap loads and putting them on the loadboard just tell the customer they ain't gonna move it for that price that's how you know they're actually making money off of it a lot more than what they say😂
But how is it the broker fault. There's always a dumb driver willing to take a crap paying load. Brokers are in it for the money, truckers need to make money. Drivers need just need to stop all to together and stop accepting low paying loads if that happens boom then they'd be forced to pay better. Not the brokers fault trying to make more off an idiot
These comments are funny. Y’all talking about it being too low but you clearly weren’t paying attention. The broker said it’s two picks in Atlanta GA delivering in concord NC. Atlanta to concord is roughly 250 miles. So 1800 bucks for that load, even with 2 pickups, ain’t bad at all.
I can’t wait I’m about to be rich af off this shit today is day 60 of my 90 day of having my mc# I’m just waiting for my authority to hit 90 days and then I will get on dat load bored
We need to put the brokers out of business. Every trucker needs to put their foot down. We have all the power. Two days with zero trucks running and they will start paying when every fast food, Walmart, grocery store, hospital , department store, gas station are shut down . $3.50 a mile minimum. We control the market. We could charge $10.00 a mile if everyone would stand together or no one eats anywhere. We could literally shut down North America. Why would anyone except this $1800 1000 mile load?!
Shit don't touch my truck if it's not 3 dollars a mile. These brokers don't care I hope we don't do loads for a week brokers are only supposed to be taking 15% off the top I don't know how there getting away with should be law put into place on it
I agree bud a broker gave me the rate confirmation they get example they got paid 5600 on a load to get it moving and they wanted to pay me 2250 for a load from Alabama to Miami
Old video so you might not repond, but also these loads non car freight? I feel like these loads are low vs what i was seeing car haulers get paid. Why is that?
That’s how it goes? This has to go on everytime? I thought it was mostly computer stuff like stock market with people putting their bids & asks & whoever takes it, takes it. But you gotta call & negotiate & all that everytime? Nope! Not for me lol.
Do you not feel that your accepting a lowball offer just to keep your driver moving. This hurts both you and the driver just asking ? I’m not trying to insult you but I got to ask. Cause that’s low ball freight only brokers are winning. Two-three years ago that price was way more
Seems like a super marginal rate for the transport - if that's all the truck is carrying, isn't that the narrowest of margins, if even break even? Why shouldn't Ronen say "then find somebody else to move it" when they won't meet his rate? Why does the broker say the best he can do is 1600 *then* settle for hundreds more than 'the best I can do'. BOTH people in the conversation are bald faced liars. If this is 'how business is done', its also 'how people get screwed over'. I would be highly disappointed that I'd even have to open a verbal conversation with somebody if I was using an app to get loads.
People need to refuse loads like that. They you truckers are desperate turn the tables for a couple months and I bet everyone will be desperate to pay what ever they need.
Listen up dispatcher wannabes.... if you accept a load for less than $1.60 a mile, you are not making business, you are buying your own property destruction. Your truck is going to need repairs a lot sooner than you are going to be able to save for it. Do NOT accept cheap loads!
For everyone that's talking about the price has no clue on market rates and shipping cost. Yall need to do more research on your industry you in 🤔. And I run a trucking company
"18 skid load" says Ronen "18 feet of trailer 9 skid spot" says broker. So, is this a partial load? Double stack? OK for hotshot? Looks like Concord Ontario on his map line, equals $1.85/mile. 🤷
