Hello d's tackle box I'm not a fishing lure collector I just love and enjoy fishing fishing is something beautiful and special to me because I remember when I was a kid going Pier fishing with my father rest in peace I love learning about old school fishing lures happy fishing Saturday 🎣💙👍🏼 hope to see a saltwater Pier fishing video this new year can you please Pier fish with fishing lures at your local fishing pier 🎣👍 I would love to see and have a 1946 fishing lure and a 1952 fishing lures and a 1985 fishing lure I'm a big fan of Abu Garcia 👍🏼 beautiful books

I’ve collected Winchester and Colts for over 45 years. And reference books, catalogs, manuals are instrumental. I’ve found some books are $$$ but I may have the information on making a key buy or from making poor buy. In my books some date back into the 1800s . It has become a lost resource of knowledge because of Google and such. Your Mann’s book is cool , I saw one page you showed had a squirted rubber worm. Back in the 1970s that was my go to rig , a 6” fire tail with a squirt . The rods on your wall are awesome , but in the day if you had a Fewwick Lunker stick you were good to go. I did notice your reel display very nice. Also enjoy your videos and your recording is top notch. Thanks for sharing your collection with us. One last thought are you concerned about the lighting in your cases affecting your lures , reels ?

I had removed the film cover off the bulbs. The light being led will not affect them as it would take eons. It's the heat that causes discoloration and or warping. I have always used clear led cool to touch. Have had no issues!

You did the right thing with the lighting. Some folks in there display cabinets don’t take that into consideration. I’ve seen things ruined by wrong lighting .

I need to get more abd variations of books but some people want a price that can buy a tackle box full of lures for one book lol

@@DsTackleBox i got a deal on one so far lol he said he had more but didn't message me back about them yet. Hopefully I'll find some more deals later on, I'm always looking for deals myself lol
