BOOM a New LOCAL permission at Last | Including Apex Settings and signals 

At last I have a new local permission to metal detect on. I shall be back on the milled silvers and Cartwheel pennies before you know it! I took my Garrett APEX with the large Reaper coil, and was full of excitement. It wasn't long until I started pulling up coins dating back to 1700s, and I had to miss large parts of the field and just metal detect the dry areas.
