Great video! Just two things I didn't see you do that may enhance your subject's safety in the future: 1) You should try and always have your grip heads on the right side so that when gravity pulls down they'll be forced to rotate clock-wise and self-tighten. The way you had it on the left could lead to it loosening itself if enough weight stressed it. 2) And then c-stands will always be the most stable when your tallest leg goes towards the same direction as your weight (whether it's a light, flag, or boom). So if you re-direct it towards your subject and then make sure your sandbag is on that same tall leg it will really limit the chance of the stand falling over, and then on the off-chance something does knock the stand over if your tallest leg is aimed directly at your subject then it wouldn't fall towards them but instead more likely a direction between your 3 legs.

Thanks, yeah I know - I'm probably a bit lazy when it's just me, if I had team/talent on set it would be different - still I should just get into good habits and then not think about it!! Thanks for the looking out for people's safety - that's very cool of you :)
