More neat stuff I see. Never did have a Vic 20, but I did have a C64 and C128. Still do as a matter of fact. :)

Ron Has been a Ham since 1965 and held an Amateur Extra class license since 1967 but he Likes mostly CW and the only old military radio Net he is on still only use Am Transmitters and receivers from WW2. When he goes to Flores in the Azores he is 1 of only 4 hams on the Island. But you are right too many on there don't have a clue what they are doing. I haven't had a license since 1970. I only listen to Rons net or other Ham operators on CW hard for me to keep up since I have Tinitus in both ears the ringing conflicts with CW tones. Another good haul though Jack we will see how Minden stacks up tomorrow. I have two comodore 64's and two commodore 128's the 64's work the 128's don't never able to get a video output on the 128's

So what your saying is Ron is really-really old! :) I'm surprised practically no HAM's on the Azores, but then again, its a dying art! Another something else the internet and cell phones killed. Speaking of which, you need to get your ticket again! The FCC has done away with code requirements and have restructure the class down to only 3: Technician / General / Extra. You can talk HF with your general and there are folks who teach code on the HF bands if desired. The fee has also dropped to $35, so now whats stopping you! Hope you got your pockets filled with Benjies for tomorrow, I do! :) See ya there! Thanks Larry! ~Jack, VEG

Nice Vic 20. Now you can fire up that modem and dial up some BBS and be one of the cool kids. I had a TRS 80 Color Computer 2 that I learned to program basic on. Good times! 👍🥳❤️💾

Never owned a CoCo, but would have if one came my way! I liked the CoCo's and the Tandy 1000 PC's. Oh brother, the hours I'd burn up on BBS's and all the time it took to download a small file, boy those were the days! :) I remember running HAM satellite programs on a 286, took 4 ever! ~ Jack, VEG
